I had a contact name who has been most helpful in sending mock samples of the product we purchased which are staff Christmas Gift. I was looking to get some branded merch for an event, Tristan was my account manager he was extremely helpful and understanding (as I changed up my order a few times to get it perfect). We needed a fast turnaround and they delivered a high quality product super quickly. Nothing was a problem! The thing that impressed me the most was the teams attention to detail. I made an error by not including one of the audio files on the track listing, but they picked up on it straight away and gave me the opportunity to rectify the issue before printing. Such a great service that I will no doubt use time and time again. Highly recommended!!
