She was professional, efficient and highly effective! After having to change my plans at the last minute, Karen went out of her way to assist quicky and kindly. Her communications were always immediate and everything went extremely smoothly. I will have no hesitation in using USB2U again and will recommend the company to anyone I know who wants some USB pen drives with an ultra quick turnaround at a great price.
