I've had several computers from this company. There was one issue once but they resolved that very quickly at no expense to me. They have also been very helpful in, for example, putting an alternative operating system on the machine for me. Very pleased indeed.

Brought a Dell laptop for my wife. It was exactly how described online. It was due for delivery on a Monday but I received a text message on the Saturday before to say it was going to be delivered around 11.00 am that day. Great service, thanks guys.

This is the second Lap Top from Val-U-Computers and even better than the first. (But then I did request a higher spec). Exceptional service all round. I have not had any problems from any angle and can only complement this company. If only all internet / online companies would provide the same level of service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Two pre-purchase enquiries (one by phone, the other by email) answered promptly and helpfully by friendly staff. Once ordered, the laptop arrived quickly, and was very safely packaged . On delivery, everything I checked was working correctly, and it certainly deserved it's "Refurbished, Grade A" rating for overall condition. Very happy, would buy from here again and recommend to others.

Having selected a laptop and paid, I was disappointed to be told subsequently that they didn’t have it in stock. Although offered a different one I declined as I wanted that specific model. However, a little later they contacted me again saying that the particular model with a small upgrade was coming back into stock and we agreed I'd have that. It arrived on time and has been working well since. I've already recommended them to a friend.
