Sep 17,2024Took 3 attempts to deliver a VW transporter cab curtain and even after the third one it wasn't right. 1st delivery they sent the completely wrong curtain. 2nd delivery was the right curtain but the rail was bent. 3rd delivery was the right curtain package, but the two curtains inside where both left hand. I had to dig in the bins to get the curtain from the second pack out to mix and match them to get one set that was right. Whilst the staff where great and handles everything well, I'll likely go elsewhere next time I need van accessories.

Sep 16,2024Van style has be fantastic, However we live in the Republic of Ireland, It’s been a nightmare first D.P.D request €46,70 tax, I paid it , Now the Irish revenue commissioners won’t release items, They want a invoice, Tank you to everyone who voted for Brexit , we can no longer buy items in the U.K

Sep 07,2024Quick delivery, well packaged Only issue was on the non oem front mudflaps i had to replace the well nuts that were supplied as they failed on tightening. Side bars, i have had before were excellent and look amazing. There telephone system is useless kept jumping backwards in que hence lost a star!

Aug 29,2024Unfortunately the first VW Caddy bonnet protector arrived in a very poor state plus without fittings. The second one was in better condition however it still has small bumps imbedded in the paint. This looks to be poor paint preparation. I have fitted this one as I needed the protection on my bonnet due to traveling. Customer service was great but the product was of poor quality and should be inspected prior to delivery.

Aug 28,2024Bought several items from Vanstyle. Happy with both quality and fit which is to OEM quality, so far mudflaps, seat covers, sill protectors and Climare window deflectors for 2019 VW Caddy. Could you please consider manufacturing OEM quality fibber mats?

Aug 22,2024Transit custom curtains, side windows seem to be ok, but the rear windows are probably one of the worst things I've ever tried to fit! The bars are not the right shape for the window, the curtains themselves are just rectangular so when closed, the all baggy where the window is more rounded. I've now taken off the one that I did manage to fit and will find a different option. Good price at £23 +postage..... But also a very cheap looking item.

Aug 19,2024Have used Vanstyle 3 or 4 times now for Ford Transit Custom parts - latterly for my brand new van. Excellent next day delivery and the quality of parts is simply second to none. Side steps (Thoresby style) so easy to attach in about 45 minutes and look amazing. The new carpet mats are such good quality and the rear bumper protector looks amazing. I think for the quality of parts and the service, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. Thank you Vanstyle (Palm Automotive) for running such an efficient and in my case well respected company.

Aug 18,2024Purchased widow curtains for Renault Trafic and tracking said they had been delivered and signed for by me and accompanied with a picture of the top of my door ( no parcel!!! Just a front door) I live alone, was 30 miles away and could not have signed for them. Vanstyle could neither supply proof of delivery showing and actual delivery! Or proof of a signature. Contacted eBay to intervene but they were not interested in supporting what had happened despite the evidence to show NO delivery proof. They got their money so ain’t bothered, and as for ebay support? Less said the better. Absolutely shocking supplier and would not recommend dealing with them. Have now received similar from another supplier who will now be dealing with all the van conversions I do. 20th Aug update: in reference to your reply, my safe place is not my front door step in full view of everyone, information was left on couriers website as to where to leave parcels. Sep 18,2024The company are quick and efficient. We ordered a Cappa sun visor for our relay (Ritarelay) unfortunately the instructions were for a sprinter *doh!* luckily as a seasoned mechanic I worked it out. But it isn’t an easy install if you don’t know what you’re doing. And you do need two people to offer it up etc. it’s made very well and a great product and I’d use vanstyle again anytime.
