May 04,2021Absolutely awful! Do not use this company. We placed a big order with this company for a large sum of money and our experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Nearly 3 months to finally get delivery with all manner of excuses why our parts hadn’t come in. Each member of staff gave us a different excuse and a totally different story. Turns out in the end no one had bothered to chase anything, just spoke to us, made an excuse then put the phone down and forgot about it. We had to call a number of times, most of the time having to ring and ring with no answer, then if you want to leave a message it tells you the mail box is full and cuts you off. Don’t waste your time and money, go elsewhere

Had a few questions with the 2nd order, they answered my email promptly and helpfully. I would recommend and will use again. I am also very happy with the quality of the product....

Mar 01,2021Warning !! Very poor service !! All items I ordered were in stock. After a week I sent an email to ask where my parts were, just to get a reply saying "they have not been collected yet" But no apology or explanation. Will not be using again !!

Nov 12,2020Really poor service. Bought expensive wind deflectors, which arrived without manufacturer packaging and with very scant photocopied fitting instructions. Both deflectors shattered on raising window, not very good quality at all. Seller agreed to refund quickly, and asked me to snap the items and send photo of snapped items, which I did. But after much chasing all I had was excuses as to why refund was delayed. Seller than started ignoring emails, and still no refund. Very slippery organisation with poor customer service. Wasted time and money, won't be using again.

Nov 03,2020Purchase vw caddy front headlight indicator lights don’t work have tried to get in contact with them but they don’t get back to me when I email or ring the lights are not fit for purpose they have stopped selling them so they know that they are faulty

Sep 24,2020The spoiler that we ordered arrived but the instructions included a list of Contents, which were not in the package. When we asked for them to be sent on we were informed by Van style that although there was a list of contents these were not actually the contents. We have to stick the spoiler on with glue that they do not supply. Disappointing!!!!!

Aug 31,2020Purchased the green T6.1 badge to find out that the colour was very faded and not even shiny like their photo's. Tried to call them but can't get through. High recommend to stay away from these cons, I will be returning the rubbish back.

I ordered a splitter for delivery but then decided to call at Vanstyle and pick up the item instead. Not a problem and £12 paid back into my account the cost of delivery. A friendly and professional service as always.Would recommend Vanstyle!

Jun 27,2020Ordered Mercedes Viano rear bumper sill protector and when it finally arrived I carefully fitted it as per instructions. As soon as I drove my vehicle a warning light appeared showing rear door open. When I removed the protector obviously with paint damage the door finally shut correctly. I also phoned before ordering inquiring about length of product and was given incorrect information.

This was back in May and I still have not been payed my money back, or received the last 4 missing spoilers (value 720 Pound). They don't even answer my Email.. I can't recommend this company to anyone 👎 I havent heard anything from Vanstyle since the beginning of June, today og is 23 September......... 👎👎👎
