Jun 06,2024Bought a dash trim rubber seal for my T5.1 to replace the original which I bought from a different supplier because it has shrunk by 15mm since fitting it seven years ago. This one is a slightly different profile but fits snugly against the windscreen. Arrived promptly & took two minutiae fit. Pleased so far.

Jun 06,2024Tried twice to buy a rear bumper protector, says its in stock, make the purchase, the money gets refunded and nothing else happens .... no email no phone call no nothing , tried calling to find a solution I'm number 11 inches queue after 35 minutes I gave up tried the next day number 9 in the queue 20 minutes later I gave up....

Jun 03,2024Ordered wind deflectors.I was sent the wrong ones.only after trying to fit did I realise.called company 40min wait .there is a small label on box saying which make and model for fitting.called again 1hr 10 min wait. Got it sorted thanks to Nigel who was great.I think I was unlucky as the sale was on when I wanted to return items so a good and bad experience.

Jun 03,2024Customer service and support now seem to be on the ball, communication has improved and most of my orders are complete. It a shame their system doesn’t notify when part orders are sent you only know by the payment being taken, you can’t see lead times on orders either.

May 31,2024I ordered new carbon upper grill inserts for my VW T6. They arrived damaged so I reported to Vanstyle to which they immediately sent replacements. The replacements arrived quickly without any damage but I noticed they were for the lower insert not upper!! Due to entering a show and shine that weekend, I had no option to fit as they needed to cover the marks left by the previous inserts! Slightly disappointed that the product wasn't checked prior to dispatching!

May 24,2024Ordered a spoiler, was sent a piece of glass. Spent 60 mins on hold to get through to customer services. Spoke with Nigel who requested that I unpack the glass again to photograph it to prove it wasn’t a spoiler! Emailed photos and a spoiler was dispatched, no apologies or anything. Spoiler arrived but was “signed for” delivery. Had to convince the driver over video doorbell to leave the parcel on the drive where the piece of glass for collection was stored. Not the best experience I’ve had with VanStyle to be honest.

May 19,2024Very well made and well finished piece of kit. Prompt delivery. Only comments were that I had to do a very small modification to clearance the front inner corner to clear the bodywork. Also it may be worth including suggestions for install e.g. I applied sealant (from an earlier rail install kit) around the fixing holes to prevent water ingress. Other than these, very pleased.

May 18,2024Although delivery was great the actual rail didn't fit properly , the holes were not in the right place so had to drill new ones. Quality of the rail is good , the holes were probably best not drilled or they were for a VW Transporter

May 18,2024I think the customer service is poor - I bought some expensive alloy wheels with tyres fitted which were supposed to be delivered balanced. Two visits later to the garage, who found all 4 were out of balance, and one was “the worst they’d ever seen”. So not much care taken when shipping the wheel set out. I was only offered a refund for the balancing my garage did, and not offered any further apology or compensation.

May 13,2024From Delivery to trying to speak to someone on the phone was an absolute nightmare. I received an email to say they would not dispatch until I confirmed days which there would be someone available to sign,I did as asked and they sent it when no one was home anyway my wife had to finish work to take del. 1 Item looks damaged through the plastic bag(this may be just the protective film) so I thought I’d give them a call ,good luck with that if you ever try to get hold of their customer services ,over two hours on hold and still never got through absolute joke. Some, not all of the packaging was terrible and mirror covers for 2018 Merc onwards did not fit my 2023 sprinter. No instruction or guideline whatsoever on fitting of front splitter I purchased just a bag of nuts,bolts and self tappers.

Jun 16,2024Admittedly I called them on a Sunday to query a purchase...didn't expect them to even answer TBH..but surprisingly was put on a queue...but after waiting 20 minutes to become 1st in the queue and then a further 50 minutes..I gave up...either the last customer was buying the entire bloody store or I was being played the fool .....either way I'm going elsewhere for a lousy set of roof bars
