But Iv also got to wait 30 days to get a refund on a part Iv never even seen , or it will be when they feel like it , for the item Iv not received ,they know full well Iv not received it as it’s with their currier still , 25 emails , !!! All trying to be smart . they could not care less if Iv received the part or not , .massive mistake trying to purchase a part of this lot …

May 20,2022Absolutely outstanding service from Vanstyle yesterday. Especially Ben. I went to get a few bits for my bus and he couldn’t be more helpful with a great knowledge of the products. Pointing out what would be best. With being very new to this scene there was no pretentious attitude and Ben couldn’t of been any more helpful. It’s customer service like that which seems to be lacking these days. Thanks Vanstyle, it’s service like that which makes customers return time & time again.

Apr 01,2022Superb after-sales service from Vanstyle. Despite it being over 18 months since I purchased the roof bars for my MB Vito, Vanstyle were able to find and send out a replacement cover part that flew off in the wind (I presume). Well recommended!

Jan 21,2022This Review is mainly based on two things. The incredibly bad customer service and the level of disregard for customers and the quality of the products. I'm usually pretty good at checking reviews but in this case, I didn't. Whoever is dealing with customers on the phone needs to stop - the manner in which they approach complaints is terrible. They're rude, ill mannered and sounds as though they can't be bothered - I think that's because they can't. I was only asking why my order was late. First up was Christmas rush, second it was Covid. I felt like it was an excuse. I asked why didn't you let me know, I was told we can't tell all 800 customers that their order will be late. YES YOU CAN if you don't want to annoy your customers. It arrived a week late. Secondly, the quality of the products are not very good. The curtains are really cheap as is everything else. I'm guessing they are just selling cheap imports off or something. My advice is to shop around, pay a bit more if needed. It's a shame they've had so many bad reviews but they need to start thinking about what they are doing.

Nov 20,2021I agree with the majority of negative reviews regarding customer service. I returned an order via recorded delivery so I know they have received it but they refuse to respond to emails chasing the refund. It seems this is quite standard for them, they do appear to like keeping peoples hard-earned cash, probably to help in paying for their expensive 'fly-trap' website! I am considering taking civil action through the small claims court. My advice ..... avoid!!

Oct 22,20215* service from these guys! I bought a new set of wheels and tyres at the beginning of October. These guys were able to fast-track my order for me (including pumping up and balancing the tyres and dispatching them all within 24 hours of having made the order!) allowing me to be able to use my van that weekend. The wheels arrived at my local tyre garage in perfect condition, A FULL DAY EARLIER than anticipated, and after paying my garage £30 for fitting, they now look absolutely amazing on my van! Their pre-sales advice was spot-on, and Vanstyle’s knowledge and efficiency made the whole transaction straightforward and fuss-free for me. Eamonn in particular was super friendly and helpful. All in all, having spent way too many months considering switching from my scratched-up alloys to tough and practical rims, this investment was more than worth the cost (which was far cheaper than anywhere else I found for this particular set of wheels). From my experience, I really cannot fathom these negative reviews, and can only say that perhaps they’ve been listening and actively trying to improve? Really delighted overall, thanks guys! I will definitely be recommending you :)

Oct 20,2021I know there are a lot of bad reviews for this company but in my personal experience, I got exactly what I ordered (VW badges, grill inserts , wing mirror caps and bonnet bra), all in excellent condition and in good time. I was kept inormed regarding a delay for one item and then when I eventually cancelled I was refunded promptly and in full. So, an honest review; no problems with this company.

Sep 09,2021I ordered a set of wheels for my transit custom. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I needed to order my wheels and tyres as two separate packages due to needing to remove the tpms sensors from my current wheels. This was not a problem, placed the order on Saturday and received them on Tuesday as advised perfect!!! One of the centre caps was damaged probably in transit. I sent one email that evening, I got a response the next morning And the replacement cap was sent overnight. Fantastic service really pleased

Aug 24,2021Shocking abysmal embarrassingly bad customer service.. ordered 4 black alloy wheels, received 3 black and one silver because no one bothered to check them, the replacement black one that was supposedly sent was conveniently lost in the mail, the replacement replacement so to speak arrived without a centre cap, the replacement centre cap was too small the replacement replacement centre cap was again conveniently lost in the mail and the third replacement that’s supposedly coming from Germany hasn’t turned up.. add to that i was promised a token refund of 29.99 that wasn’t made, waiting times on the phone of 20+ mins, talking to different staff members on the phone none of who’s stories seem to match.. the whole customer services / sales team is a joke... shockingly bad... as for the wheels they are pretty good, just need the missing centre cap but i’m not holding out much hope and as for my promised partial refund.. hahaha.. oh dear i think i’ll write that one off to experience...

Jun 30,2021I ordered 3 VW 51.1 front end style components in green, they were all delivered in tact on time & what i thought was great value compared to wrapping/painting . One of the items (grille) was sent with the wrong coloured inserts (yellow instead of green) as i only live about an hours drive away rather than doing battle with email & photos I drove down to the shop and the guys replaced it with no fuss whats so ever. I also changed my mind and went for the grille with a badge insert which was changed no problem. Yes it was delivered incorrectly but the ease of swapping made up for this. Would deffo use them again in the future

Jun 30,2021Terrible service by this company.Ordered items 10 days ago and still not arrived to Ireland from the UK.It has been stuck in Germany for the last 8 days waiting to be released.Other online retailers in the UK can get their items to Ireland in a matter of days despite Brexit.I have responded to their customer service many times and have been waiting for a response over 24hrs in every case.I never have had so much trouble with an online order in the past and will probably never deal with this company again.Can even review the product because I havent received it yet.The only solution provided by the company was to refund some 3 weeks later.Never deal with the company

Oct 21,2022Here is a copy of my email to Van Style. They have had a week to respond and failed to do so, this is the sort of business that needs to go under in our next recession. Enough said. Dear Sir, I just wish to register my less than complete satisfaction regarding a very small order I placed on 220922. When I questioned in our phone conversation the postage of £5.88 on a £1.99 order the male at the other end of the phone stated that was the figure his computer was showing for the courier company. Absolute BS. The item was despatched by Royal Mail the following day for the sum of £2.85, it also took several days to arrive. Other companies I ordered small parts from the same day managed next day delivery. I feel this sort of service is fairly poor, small components is not an excuse to price gouge customers for a delivery service that was not used. I attach a picture of the padded envelope in case you doubt my version of events. So all in all less than satisfied to put it mildly, the reason was delay in contacting us was that I left for Europe the following week. Sincerely
