Dec 23,2023DO NOT BUY VAN SIDE STEPS from this company, they are faulty as they sit too low and catch on speed bumps, Contacted customer services to tell them they don’t work for my van and I want to return them, had to send pictures to make sure they where fitted correctly, then they said go to a garage to check your suspension isn’t modified or broken, did so then they said try another garage just to confirm, so I did cars fine.. They then said they can’t refund me as they have been fitted to a vehicle ( how are you to know something is faulty without fitting them ) In the terms and conditions it says if faulty will be given a refund and also postage. Took the steps off took pics to prove they are in perfect condition still and sent them back, emailed them with a reminder of there t&cs prove they have received them (picture) my postage cost. They are ignoring my emails and I’m still waiting for a refund !!!

Dec 16,2023Only 2 out of 3 parcels were delivered and the parcels were walked on.they have big boot prints on the boxes and 1 parcel was never delivered,I have a case pending with paypal.boycott this company unless you want grief,they are horrible

Dec 15,2023Very wide selection of T5 products; well-laid out website (with stock indicator); fast delivery; competitive prices (grateful for the 10% discount). Although 1 part of my order was missing (could have been delivery company), after contacting Van Style by email, they immediately sent out the remaining part of order, which arrived a day or so later. Fantastic service - I highly recommend and I will use again..

Dec 14,2023Vanstyle responded to my order promptly and I received the items in good time. When I found out that one of the parts was incomplete I contacted them and was told that they would provide a complete new set at their expense. It is great that there are still companies that provide such a first class service, please carry on.

Dec 08,2023Scammers... Orderd an item but never received it. I was told when ordering that a signature was required and parcel wouldn't be left outside address. Van Style said they had a Proof Of Delivery so not their problem. Denied parcels required signature in Ireland. Changed to "signature required" in Ireland when I showed them their own T&Cs. Next they claimed I instructed parcel to be left outside. I pointed out courier company claimed to have a signature but still left it outside and took a pic as "POD"!!! Van Style knew they they ran out of lies/excuses and contradictions so resorteded to ignoring me and STILL NO REFUND OF €260!!! EDIT DUE TO REPLYFROM SELLER!!! Thanks for the reply. The bottom line is... 1. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED the parcel. 2. DPD tell me they have ZERO record of ANYBODY giving permission to leave the parcel. Hence..... 3. IF I had given permission to leave the parcel (WHICH NOBODY HAS ANY PROOF OF), then why would DPD claim an imaginary C Collins SIGNED FOR THE PARCEL??? Look you say its not a scam but it certainly seems like one, somebody is obviously lying... its between yourselves and DPD and you've already lied to me several times!!! Oh and vanstyle even told me it's my fault as I SHOULD HAVE LEFT A NOTE to the courier stating that SOMETIMES THINGS LEFT UNATTENDED can go MISSING 🤣🤣🤣.

Nov 25,2023First time using vanstlye ,the website was fairly easy and simple to place a order but customer service isn't very good . I emailed them prior to my order and never heard back . Then when I received my order there was a dent in one piece and one item was wrong which could have been saved if they had answered my question beforehand. I rang and rang and messaged again to sort out returns ,really hard to get response and when I had a message back they weren't interested in the dent didn't mention it . Postage is costly to I feel .
