Feb 17,2024Trying to ring to speak to someone is hard work, phoned several times and was on hold for 30 minutes saying 1st in the cue. Ordered arrived and left in the rain by the front door, and not in my shed like I requested plus one item was damaged so had to take photos and await replacement. Item came and all now sorted. I believe the carrier was to blame.

Feb 16,2024Bought sprinter curtains for my van drivers side fit perfectly but the sliding door is 2 inchs out rang to ask to swap it because I have had them 4 months they said they couldn't do anything customer service is shocking these rails were not fit for purpose wouldn't buy again.

He called me back after not very long, having found what I was looking for, & also arranged to get the wrong item collected at the same time as the new one was delivered (for a charge). Excellent service & nice to speak to a human!

Jan 09,2024I have a 2022 VW Caddy Maxi Life and ordered a rear bumper protector, front door sill guards and front wind deflectors from Vanstyle. The items arrived promptly and were well packed. The rear bumper protector was a good fit. However, the front door sill guards and the wind deflectors are not a good fit. The sill guards have a gap of several mm at the front end. The electric folding mirrors catch the leading edge of the wind deflectors when the mirrors fold in. This was solved by carefully removing material from leading edge of the deflector using a Dremmel. These items weren't cheap, a total of £178. I'm disappointed that two of the three items are a poor fit. I have successfully fitted similar items to two of my previous cars, and the fitting instructions with these items were carefully followed. I'm confident they have been fitted correctly.

Pretty much the best price around bar some dubious looking eBay listings and the quality was just as good as some more expensive ones I've seen. I've got quite the shopping list lined up for my van and I'd be happy to buy from Vanstyle again.
