Feb 14,2025Instructor was not paying attention multiple times. It looked like she was looking at her phone. My son would be asking multiple times, "hello, hello, hello" just to get her attention. And when she asked my son to do draw a letter, she said it was right, when it was wrong because she was not paying attention. We only have 30 minutes which goes by very fast, and need someone who will be able to give us their full attention.

Feb 12,2025I have been really impressed with Varsity Tutors customer service, and ultimately, the quality of Tutors. The first tutor my son had wasn't a great match for him, but when I called, they were happy to match him with someone else. His new tutor is amazing! She really seems to understand him and his learning style and they get along great. The customer service rep, Devon, that was helping me called back a couple of times just to check in and make sure things were going good with the new tutor and to make sure we knew about all the services included in our membership. It feels like they truly care about their customers! It's expensive for our family, but finally finding the right tutor for my son is priceless.

I can tell she knows what's she's talking about and has done this many times before. I also love how she learned about me first and took the info to apply towards an approach and game plan that will be most effective. So far so good!
