Jan 18,2021Well... the price of the ticket is extremely cheap that I can admit. However, their customer service or refund is none existing. Because of Covid, my family's international return ticket were canceled. It has been one year that I was never able to get hold of any CS representative. Every time I call that I heard that the same message stating due to the high call volume, we are unable to answer and the call drops. Online service never directs you to the page that can give you an answer and your question never answered. :( It has been one year; they haven't answered my questions and requests.

I hope my story will prevent others from going through the same frustrating situation as me. After 9 months trying to get a refund, I'm starting to think this is just an online SCAM not a agency. It's understandable that the refund should be passed to me through the agency not the airline. BUDGET AIR blames the airline LATAM for the delay. However I've been contacted several times by the airline explaining they have all ready to issue the refund ASAP, but BUDGET AIR hasn't sent any request for my case. 9 months asking for a refund and nothing concrete from BUDGET AIR or Travix

Jan 14,2021I booked my flight to the India, a total of 4 tickets in Jan 2020. Spend over 2 thousand dollars. The flights were cancelled because of Covid. We are in Jan 2021 and I still have not received my refund. This company doesnt even have a customer care number and they ask us to be nice to them. You took money from the consumers and are nowhere to be seen, why should anyone be nice to you. It has been a bloody year. They took the money gleefully at the time of booking. But, when it comes to refunding, they are nowhere to be seen. They are just middlemen, brokers, who make deals to live their life. They have no control in the refund process. They are not service providers.

Jan 13,2021I paid $750 for a plane ticket and it was never sent to me. That was almost a year ago. I have been emailing customer service for almost a year now to get my refund and they still haven't given it to me. I don't know what to do, when a company just takes $750 from you, doesn't provide you the service you paid for, and doesn't give your money back. I am going to be filing a lawsuit if the refund is not provided.

Jan 08,2021Flight for 2 on May 15 got cancelled. Emirates refunded the money on October 20th to Vayama. Vayama is keeping the money approx. US $950. Repeated emails avail no response. Vayama is a scam. Never again Vayama.

Jan 08,2021Compré dos tickets para Quito el 2020, y por el covid el vuelo se cancelo. Solicitamos a Vayama la devolución del dinero, y luego de un par de email donde decían que responderían y devolverían el dinero, dejaron de contestar y no devolvieron nada de nada. Ya han pasado mas de 7 meses que el vuelo fue cancelado, y ni una palabra de devolver el dinero, ni nada.

Jan 07,2021Scam, I called the airline , airline told me to contact Vayama, I called them, no answer,emailed them , they responded airline already took over , asked me to contact airline. Then I called airline again, same answers . Ask me to call Vayama, 3 times on the road like this. Now I realize. Vayama doesn’t want to refund. Never use this again.

Saque un vuelo pagando un extra para cambio o cancelación gratuita y a la hora de cambiarlo me hacen mandar un mail, el cual me responden y hacen hacerlo mediante la página, en la cual no permite hacer tal cambio, q continuación me mandan a llamar a un número del Reino Unido en el cual lo único que hacen es cortarme el teléfono ! Indignado y avergonzado de que algo así se mantenga en pie. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADIE!!! Súper ineficientes !!!

Jan 02,2021Our trip to Mexico got cancelled by Aeromexico since September due to Covid-19. Since then we have been trying to obtain our refund with no luck. Our case was September 6th , 2021. We got a reply saying our refund would be processed within 4-6 weeks. It has been 3 months and there is not a sign of such refund. We have not been able to talk to a representative since September. As we contact them through the only possible way there is , email, we get the same answers. Do NOT EVER use this service. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Dec 20,2020Attempted to book a flight 1st December 2020, but my credit card was rejected (don't know why, as it works perfectly otherwise). Still, I was charged a fee by Vayama of £29.51 which to this date has not yet been reimbursed to me. I have tried to call and have sent multiple emails, but nothing. My advise is to AVOID!!

Dec 19,2020Terrible company even worse customer service! I booked a flight through Vayama that was due to flight in July 2020 and was canceled due to Covid. The airline, Royal Air Maroc, informed me that they provided Vayama a refund but all I get from their 'customer service team' is a list of templated email responses stating that my refund request has been passed onto their refunds department. This is a disgraceful way for a company to act, especially during the hardships we all are enduring currently. I do intend to try and get my money back and have worked with my lawyers to draft the warrant in debt - small claim paperwork to file in the local clerks office over the next few days. I wish I had done this sooner as waiting over 5 months for a refund is unacceptable.

Llevo más de dos años solicitando una devolución de dinero por un tiquete que compre y por condiciones de incapacidad médica no pude realizar el viaje. En servicio al cliente SIEMPRE responden mensajes evadiendo el trámite y dicen que realizaron soliictud a la aerolínea para devolución y la aerolínea indica que esto no es verdad .Requiero un número de radicado tramitado supuestamente por ustedes para devolución de mi dinero con la aerolínea Avianca para yo hacerle seguimiento directamente a mi caso de devolución . Yo entiendo que los trámites tiene tiempo pero más de dos años ???? Es mucho tiempo 😡😡😡😡 esto ya es falta de respeto. Siento que mi dinero se perdió . Adicionalmente solicito que me indiquen la entidad que regula la compañía y donde están registrados como agencia En línea para Escalar el caso y poner la queja de su mal servicio con la entidad pertinente y siempre evaden la respuesta . Ayudaaaaa de verdad requiero mi dinero . O me indiquen donde más puedo reclamar . La aerolínea indica que solo ustedes pueden hacer la reclamación . Yo la realice y la respuesta es que ustedes deben hacerla .
