Fue un error de escritura pero debo corregirlo ahora, ha tomado mucho tiempo hacer el cambio, incluso he llamadoa las aerolineas directamente pero me dicen que el manejo por parte de ellos esta bloqueado y debe ser directamente con VAYAMA. El telefono esta deshabilitado pero necesito urgente este cambio Mi numero de reserva es VCO-1737986 El nombre completo correcto es Andrea Alexandra Amado Angulo

Dec 10,2020Compré pasajes en enero 2020, marzo 2020 los cancelé por pandemia y me decían en correos formatos largisimos que estaban haiendo todo lo posible para que las aerolineas les reembolsaran. En uno de los correos me dijeron que se podía demorar hasta 20 semanas. Y pasaron 23 semanas, llegó diciembre 2020 y volvi a escribir y dicen que tenga paciencia que aun esta en proceso la solicitud. Quise hacer un reclamo al sernac pero lamentablemente no tienen ni dirección en Chile ni telefono, y tampoco aparece como una empresa registrada en el buscador del Sernac. En realidad es una empresa bastante farsante y estafadora. Adviertan a sus conocidos que nunca compren en esa agencia.

Dec 07,2020Buenas tardes. He leído los comentarios y me paso igual que todos uds. Compré unos Pasajes, me cobraron la recerva pero me llegó un correo diciendo que el banco había rechazado el cobro de los vuelos, me dijeron que en 10 días me regresaban el dinero a la cuenta, por t onto volví a recerva los vuelos y me cobraron nuevamente la reserva, enseguida me llegó un correo donde decía que el banco había cancelado nuevamente la compra de los vuelos. Lo cual me pareció muy raro porque ya había hablado con el banco por este tema, y me dijeron que podía hacer cualquier compra sin ningún problema. Busqué información de vayama en Internet y solamente aparece un numero que nunca contestan. Escribí a vayama a través de correo electrónico y me dijeron que el dinero ya había sido reembolsado pero en mi cuenta ko aparecía nada. Me comunique nuevamente con ellos y me enviaron una imagen con códigos y números diciendo que esa es la información del reembolso, que fuera al banco con esa información para que me regresarán el dinero. Fui al banco y me dijeron que esa información que me estaban dando no era ninguna info de reembolso, que no es nada. Nuevamente me comunico con vayama informando lo sucedido y vaya sorpresa! No me responden mis correos. Escribo bastante seguido para que me tomen en cuenta ya que necesito mi dinero pero ellos no responden. En este momento no se que hacer. Por favor si alguien pudo solucionar, o si quieren unir fuerzas para denunciar, escríbanme al correo leonardo3220@ gmail. Com comentando su caso, nos ponemos de acuerdo y entablamos una denuncia internacional por estafa. Necesitamos que vayama responda por los dineros.

Dec 03,2020En octubre de 2019 tuve que cancelar un vuelo, llamé a vayama por teléfono a Holanda y me dijeron que todo bien, que podía cancelarlo, me dieron el gasto de cancelación y me dijeron que en unos días me llegaría un correo con la devolución. Me llegó el correo de que mi vuelo se había cancelado pero ahora estamos en diciembre de 2020 y aún no se nada!! Les escribo y me dicen que por la pandemia se han cancelado los vuelos, pero cuando yo cancelé no había ninguna pandemia!!! Quiero que me hagan la devolución ya, esto es intolerable!! cómo se puede poner una queja formal??

Nov 30,2020I would give a zero star review if I could. I cannot begin to describe how much of a terrible travel agency this is. Do not let the cheap plane ticket prices get you. It is sometimes better to pay more... and this is one of those situations. I have been trying to get my ticket refunded since March 2020... and here it is.. December 2020. And this whole time... they can only tell me that the cancellation request is still pending. They have terrible customer service (nice way of putting it). It is incredibly hard to get someone on the phone and get someone to reply back to your emails. I sent an email to their customer support when I first requested a refund because they CLOSED their call centers due to COVID. What kind of travel agency closes and leaves their customers hanging? It took me sending over 5 emails during a period of several weeks before getting a response. I have had to contact senior management including the CEO because of the poor service that they offer and their lack of responding. My family and I will NEVER use this travel agency again. I would NOT take a chance with this agency if I were you. They will scam you in a heartbeat!

Nov 24,2020Terrible customer service! PLEASE DONOT book your tickets through vayama. We have an emergency travel from Atlanta to Trivandrum, India. we've booked ticket via vayama, Onward journey flight has been cancelled by emirates due to operational issues. I want to change the schedule based on the airlines availability however they arent even responding calls or communication via emails. If you send any emails, you will get a junk automated email response. If you call them the automated system will just disconnect. I am still waiting for vayama to respond changing my ticket and my travel is for a medical emergency.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Nov 20,2020I had the worst experience with Vayama. Airlines cancelled the flight booked through Vayama and offered me a refund back in May. Whenever I contacted Vayama, they had the pre-recorded message from everyone in CS that I will have to wait since airlines did not process the refund. I contacted airlines CS and they confirmed the refund was processed in August. When I told this to Vayama, I got the most childish response ever that how I can believe airlines CS when they just confirm it by call and not by mail. I still waited to get the refund from Vayama until November. Not to mention about the numerous calls I made to Vayama in this time. I even got an email from Vayama not to email regarding this again. I filed a complaint with bbb , and got the refund from Vayama after 3 days. Long story short - If you are sure that Vayama is playing you, file a complaint with bbb.
