May 03,2024Very impressed by Veincentre from start to finish. I had a varicose vein in my left leg dealt with by Dr Mark regi in Nottingham. Everything was comprehensively explained before and during treatment. Following the procedure there was no pain, only some minor discomfort, which soon disappeared. I returned to Veincentre today for a review and for some further minor improvements. I wish that I had the procedure carried out years ago. The result has been very worthwhile.

May 02,2024Outstanding from start to finish! Every staff member I encountered on every step of the way had a genuine respectful, friendly, down to earth attitude. Dr.Krishnan and his team have an amazing bond and it reflects in the way they interact with their patients. From my first enquiry email I was impressed with the efficiency and level of communication. Once I’d decide to make an appointment everything was handled to fit around my busy work schedule and nothing was too much trouble. Dr.Krishnan answered any questions and concerns I had clearly and simply with no pressure to commit at all. My treatment was arranged quickly and the communication during the procedure was amazing and the results are too! I’m above and beyond happy with the whole experience, I could see a difference straight away, and every week I’m getting more confident and excited to show my legs off, after covering them up for years!!

May 01,2024I had an initial consultation with Dr Tina at the Milton Keynes Veincentre on 15 February regarding a varicose vein in my right leg and numerous thread veins on both legs. It was an in depth consultation which included a scan. I was put completely at ease by Dr Tina and Nurse Beverley and everything was explained thoroughly. I made another appointment on the 14 March where I had EVLA on the varicose vein and microsclerotherapy on the thread veins. I was quite nervous but again I was put completely at ease and the procedure went very smoothly. It was mildly uncomfortable but nothing more than that. Everything that I had to do at home including wearing the compression stockings for a week, keeping hydrated and exercising were fully explained. Any discomfort afterwards was minimal and I did not need any pain relief at all. I had a follow up consultation on 25 April when I had another scan and was told that the EVLA had been successful and the varicose vein had closed as it was supposed to. I had further microsclerotherapy to treat more thread veins. I had previously heard about vein stripping for a varicose vein which did not appeal to me. I was a bit reluctant to have anything done because of my age, I am 65, but I can honestly say that the laser treatment is quick and virtually painless and I am so glad I had it done. All the staff at the Milton Keynes clinic have been so friendly but I have to say a big thank you to Tina and Beverley for taking such good care of me.

Apr 30,2024The whole experience from start to finish was quick and easy. I had my first surgery on 8th March which took about 45 minutes in and out. Second treatment on 30th April took about 10 minutes. I was extremely happy with the results before I even had the 2nd appointment. All the staff were friendly and the place was spotless. Things couldn't have gone any smoother or better than they did.

Dr Ananth Krishnan, the nurses and reception staff were all friendly, efficient and very professional; inspiring confidence from start to finish. Although there is still a long way to go before the full results can be seen, I am already very pleased with the results. Highly commended!

Apr 28,2024From the first appointment I found the service friendly, professional and proficient. I would recommend them very highly. I had EVLA and avulsion treatment, followed by foam injections six weeks later. My treatment was performed by Mr. Choksy at the Colchester Centre. I was fully informed about the procedures planned and had the opportunity to ask as many questions as I liked. The Patient Pack provided is very good and reassuring to refer to whilst awaiting the procedure and following it. The whole process went very smoothly. All the staff including the Receptionist, Karen, were very friendly and helped to put me at my ease. The premises were clean, bright and very comfortable. The parking was satisfactory on a weekday and on the weekend was plentiful. I found the EVLA/Avulsion treatment was uncomfortable but not overly painful. I found the foam injections were virtually pain free with a level of pain similar to having a vaccination. My recovery was quick and trouble free and I personally did not need to take any pain relief during the recovery period. I could not be more pleased with the results and would highly recommend the service.

Every member of staff who looked after me was beyond professional and made me feel very safe and cared for. The results of my treatment are amazing. I am so happy. Dr. Ananth Krishnan was not only very professional but also friendly which put me at ease throughout my visits. He explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand and his attending nurse ensured I was relaxed and comfortable. I was supplied with a detailed booklet explaining my treatment which I could refer to once home . I am extremely happy with the outcome of my treatment and would have no hesitation in recommending the Veincentre to anyone.

Apr 19,2024I had my initial consult with Dr Rathby who carried out my Laser and EVLA treatment on 2 veins in my leg. I was due to attend my revist in March and was called on the morning of the appointment (having just recieved a confirmation text) and I was advised Dr Rathby was no longer available and had moved clinics and my appoint was moved for a further 4 weeks later with a different Dr. I attend and was advised everything looked fine but it was advised there was a portion of vein that hadn't closed off and it was best to have these EVLA filled and "as you've paid for it you may as well have it done"! After 20 mins of "sharp scratches" and a lidocaine injection I was advised the vein kept going into spasm and couldn't be filled and therefore it was deemed that my treatment was complete and my file was closed. I was a little reluctant to have had this further procedure carried out and feel that maybe I should have been advised that I should return in 6mths (as I was advised is this was how long it could take for the veins to close and bruising to subside) considering the situation and cost involved.

Apr 18,2024I’ve recently completed my treatment at Lancaster veincentre. Dr Sam Byott completed my procedure and aftercare. He was kind, patient and extremely good at his job. I would recommend Veincentre to anyone- especially Sam. His assistant was also lovely but unfortunately I can’t remember her name!

Apr 17,2024Just finished my EVLA treatment with Veincentre Hull.A simple easy and pleasant experience from start to finish.The team who took care of me on my treatment journey were brilliant from the reception and admin staff to the nurse and doctor.Everything was explained to me verbally and then in information e mailed across and i was aware of everything that was going to happen at all times. I'm so happy with my results even though having only just had my follow up with a little extra work done the improvement is still visible and should get even better. I look and feel much better. Thanks to the team and good luck in the future

From initial consultation through to final treatment I have felt reassured and confident that I am receiving the very best of care. My initial plan was tweaked slightly but this only emphasises how much focus is placed on the individual and ensuring the best outcome. I could not recommend more. I’m already thrilled with the results.
