Aug 03,20242000U under bench AC. The unit is OK. The first one arrived broken, and the second did as well but it was relatively easy to repair. Installation was OK, although the manual is terrible, it could really use some translation work. The hardware is just acceptable, with the hose clamps being a bit hard to tighten, and the outside air vents being a bit flimsy and not long enough to pass through more than about 1/4inch wall thickness. The electronics/remote feel like low to medium grade Chinese stuff, they work but fit, finish, and feel is a bit funky. The unit itself seems pretty efficient and cools well for my small trailer. The fans and compressor are a bit rattly, but overall it is quiet and effective. I gave this 4 stars instead of 2-3 because the customer service has been great by Velit, and I do have some confidence that the warranty will be honored if needed and spare parts would be available. This product is a good start, but needs some refinement to feel really high quality and match the price tag.

Jul 13,2024Installed it in my 144 Sprinter van replacing a portable AC. Installation was pretty easy, cut a hole in the roof and drop AC in. All parts needed except sealant were included. It runs extremely efficiently as low as 20A and I can run it all night and day quite easily on my batteries and solar. The remote was defective, but an email to support got them to send me a new remote.

Jul 13,2024I’m impressed with the 24V Roof Top AC so far. The remote is the only downfall. It’s extremely cheap and doesn’t work half the time. It’s pulling about 700W on Turbo Mode when it’s 110F outside.
