Feb 25,2025gloves do not strap tight enough so they slip off easy, the venum logo on front top of muay shorts looks cheaply designed, most of all i did not like being lied to about location of shipment & i end up paying extra for custom tax which the corrupt asia refuse to accept their err by deny deny deny (f.u)

Feb 23,2025ordered from Germany. got the Boxing Gloves "Impact classic". Strap which attaches the Thumb to the glove on the right hand side was stiched on much too low. Thumb is bended and glove utterly useless. Having ordered from Germany with Venum.de they still require me to send the article to France and I have to pay shipment for their quality issues. I do find this unacceptable.

Feb 21,2025I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback on my recent order. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Two items from my order ([Gloves ] and [T-shirt ]were missing, and I was not informed beforehand that these products were unavailable. and It would have been more professional to confirm with me first before shipping an incomplete order, rather than sending it without any communication. Transparency in stock availability and proactive customer updates are essential for a good shopping experience. I was the one who was following with the customer service.
