Sizing was completely wrong - XL fits like a small!

the shopping experience was OK. But many of translated words on the website and e-mail are not proper Japanese. It shows funny translation and it makes the website unconfident. I hope the company makes effort on it.
Delivery takes a looong time. I haven't even receive my package as of now.
Size recommendations are fairly accurate for my body type. Products are received in good conditions as always, with a little delay in delivery service (post office issues not Venum's). I was a bit sad when prices went down on some of the items few days after i checked out my cart. Still one of the best choice for combat sports apparels both in quality and pricing (especially those on sale).

Order sent to the wrong address (tracking details had the correct delivery address). No replacement order sent when this issue was found out (how hard can this be?) 3 weeks from original order still no product or tracking number for replacement. items were brought for a birthday present. very sad child.
Ordered some gloves, they shipped to the wrong address. Sometimes these things happen, but customer service could give me no real indication as to when they would send out another pair, despite acknowledging they were at fault. The only reason this isn't one star is the customer service person was nice enough and responded quickly, even if they were unhelpful.
