Jul 22,2024They didnt deliver the package. While I live in Thailand and delivery through other services was successful, somehow delivery from venom through fedex caused a lot of stress and package wasnt delivered at all. They contacted me once saying fedex couldnt deliever the package, and told me to contact fedex or package will be disposed. I tried to do so, even though I think its not my responsibility to handle delivery even so being a foreigner in a country with unfamiliar language. I couldnt find any fedex contact information on where my package was being held, how can I retrive or contact anything but bot. I tried to contact Venom itself again, information on order page leads to "noreply" email, which useless to write. After some struggle I found actual venom contact info, but they didnt respond. Terrible experience. Obviously wont be trying to order from this firm again. Hopefully they will return my money, as they havent done it yet.
