Jun 19,2024I’m starting to believe that this is a scam. I did not receive the products but it’s ‘delivered’. I don’t know if it’s poslaju problem or venum problem, but i emailed Venum customer service and there was no reply for a week already. I don’t know what to do anymore. For those who want to buy gloves from here, please don’t risk it like me. I have read reviews about the website and many did not receive the products as well. I thought I would be lucky but I’m not.

Jun 18,2024Wrong item was sent. Customer service at Venum Asia is very slow to respond and did not offer a fair resolution. To qualify for an exchange, I was expected to pay for return shipping (including insurance) of the incorrect item and instructed to reorder the item that I originally paid for and cover the costs for a second round of delivery. Venum Asia needs to improve its response efficacy and offer equitable resolutions for its customers.
