Feb 07,2022The process was simple. I actually called and spoke with my contact at Veriheal. I set up a appointment with their Dr who was great and a week later had my card. Fast, easy and simple. I wish I had done it sooner!!

Feb 04,2022They made it easy. The state is slow so there will be some wait involved, just not because of veriheal. I was shocked at how fast they move tbh. I think I applied in the morning online and had a virtual doctors appointment that same night. I was approved just a few hours after I applied. Amazing. Then the state made me wait a month and a half…..not veriheals fault though they were and are amazing.

Feb 03,2022I’ve sent my $50 to the state, and I’m still waiting for my card. My fee for Dr Miller cost me an extra $10 for card assistance, but I still had to pay the state $50 for my card and I was rejected once already for my pic and needed to wait for certification for the Dr. This was back in the beginning of December. Jan 19,2022Veriheal is amazing! I'm so glad I went with them to get my MMJ card. Manager is so passionate, so knowledgeable, and so generous. I learn more every time I talk with him. The office is bright and comfortable, and Doctor is a pleasure to work with. I am learning to use MMJ to manage the symptoms of my Multiple Sclerosis. Who knew I could enjoy relief from fatigue with a Sative?! I highly recommend manager and his fabulous staff when you are ready to tap into the nealing power of cannabis!

Jan 08,2022Wish i could say everything went smooth and efficient but i cant. After paying my dues and getting all the required steps done i waited patiently for 2 weeks and after no card came by mail i reached out and then was told to check for email from department of health. Well i did and was horrified to find my proof of address denied. The mistake was the doctor put me as a female in the MMJ use registry and my drivers license didnt match that so i waited almost 2 weeks for nothing just to find out i was rejected because of a messup on the docs part. It wouldnt be such a big deal if there was a way to get me a temporary card or make up for my lost time after paying the $200. I waited through all the recent holidays that wernt counted as business days and all this just sucks.(UPDATE 1/11)- i dont see anywhere where yall have sent me anything to fill out and my email is chadj1575@yahoo/com Anyways there isnt anything yall can do right? I just have to wait for things to get cleared up and wait 2 more weeks...

I just renewed my card and even though I have been through the process, they continued to reach out and make sure I was able to finish the renewal process! Great staff and wonderful company! Dec 09,2021This is my 3rd year certified and first time having an issue. Approved 10/26 paid them their $199 and waited 3-4 weeks. Come to find out my approval was never forwarded to the state. I called Veriheal requesting it be done ASAP as I now have an expired card I can no longer use. Told me to wait 24-48 hours and they’ll forward, “again”. Called the state today 12/8 and they STILL have not received my approval! IF they do, it’ll be into 2022 before I even receive my new card. At which point I’ll be 2 months expired. Overly frustrating as I rely on this for pain management and cannot take other medications. *update no contact from Veriheal. After 2 unanswered emails I called. Swear my approval was sent to the state but in same breath say that my patient ID was bad? This was asked for after initial consultation 10/26 and sent again after 3 weeks of no cert from the state. No record of any of my calls or emails on their end. Giving it till Monday then I’ll need a full refund to go elsewhere.

Dec 03,2021***ScamAlert**BuyerBeware! Veriheal preys on you not understanding the system yet and leads you to believe you are getting your renewal online but it is a consult. Come to find out you cannot do a renewal with them online. But it asks what you are here for and when you click renewal it takes you to a place that signs you up for a 10-minute consult regarding things that you could look up on Leafly! I waited 4 days and when no word from my state, I called them. They treated me like it was my fault and that there is nothing they can do about it and would not let me talk to a Supervisor. So now 5 days and 80 dollars later, I don't have a renewal or a referral. BAD BUSINESS. Should have went local and not went with radio advertisements!!

You get what you pay for, smooth and fast top notch service, and even follow up from Veriheal to make sure everything is in order and that you get your card promptly. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

Nov 15,2021This was a really nice experience for me in every way possible. It was affordable and I was met with kindness and patience through out my time of being a member. It was less expensive and quicker then me going to a doctor in person. It was nice that we could do the video chat from home or wherever we need. When I first signed up I had such a sweet woman by the name of Aya help me get started and told me everything I needed to know. Oh my goodness! I felt like I had known her my whole life! She has always been available and extremely helpful and selfless. Today I was renewing my card and was stressed because I thought it was going to be a stressful process because each time you might be met with a new face and I didn't know if they would be kind and helpful or even understanding like Aya. I suffer from severe anxiety so it was really nice to have miss Rachel help me out today. I am really excited and she was able to set me up an appointment for 9:15pm tonight. I couldn't be more grateful. Rachel was very observant and really listened to my concerns and helped me every step of the way. I hope these two ladies are given a raise for their superior customer service skills. I would also like to say a huge late but very important thank you not to just these two wonderful ladies but also my Doctor at the time Miss Carolina. She was extremely helpful and kind to me. She made me feel relaxed when we talked and not judged. She is a really great person who has a golden heart and wants the best for her patients. I want to apologize for the late review as I am horrible with technology and did not know how to send it. Thank you very much miss Rachel for teaching me.
