Oct 31,2021When I first came in I was a little worried about the wait and staff because I didnt have any idea about the process. When I went there, the staff and doctor were extremely friendly and treated you with great hospitality. I was very comfortable and felt welcomed with the whole process. If you are in the area trying to get your medical card, this is THE PLACE to go to. In and out service, extremely helpful and friendly. Anyone that is having a second thought don't waste your time and come here.

Oct 29,2021They a scam , unprofessional, supposing Doctor was 2 hours late, it was a text consult not video consultation as advertised, Dr. Samuel Williams Liscence or permit number for louisiana is also fake COVID19-TMP-866, he recommended over counter cbd, a fake digital cannabis pdf certification, they advertise for medical cannabis not over counter cbd for 200$... in addition the supposive medical cannabis dispensery the herb import is not a dispensery for medical cannabis. He also provided nuleaf naturals which is also cbd site. I spoke with 4 representative , Last REPRESENTATIVEs name was ally a female confirmed my identity said she would call the Dr. You claim is Liscence in La and see what can be done and would call back Oct 26, 2021. Today is Oct 29 2021 and no one picks up I was on hold for 40 mins when I called today.. previous calls was not logged or recorded according to ally and there is no trace of my complaints in your system according to each previous representatives, each one I spoke with have my information on file and number... they did not call back or follow up... if there is a respond to this by veriheal and they closed this out without me respond saying I was refunded or my issue was resolved then open your eyes , they are scamming and covering up illegal transactions , activity, and taking people's money.. I have created a dispute with my bank for fraud charges due to fake advertising and fake policy of refund 100% guarantee if not approved. The catch is they approved for cbd , not medical cannabis, you don't need a permit or recommendation for cbd. It's over counter and it's not 200$ through a supposedly consult company that gets you recommended or renewals for medical cannabis ( veriheal )... Veriheal you scammed the wrong person, I will not stop until my money has been refunded and legal action has been taken. How are yall going to find more details on the situation if your customer service support team 18336637284 option 5, is not documenting complaints creating a ticket order or history log of customers calls, you have a very serious problem. situation is unresolved for anyone reading this. Update nov 2nd A refund shows pending on my account. I received a phone call but the number showed as a local number and spam call , not a call from veriheal, I received an email stating yall processed a refund to follow. There are underlying issues that was never resolved and my experience was not by any means a positive or professional one. I want to be clear a refund does not omit all the wrong procedures and actions that was not taken in correspondence to my issues with your company. Our business is concluded.

Oct 23,2021If you use this service, make sure you check the amount of time the idiot doctor enters into the system. I paid for a year, the doctor put 8 months. After emailing customer service, they extended it. A few other people I know has the same issue. I also started receiving text messages telling me that I needed to renew my card. It wasn’t expiring for months but they kept trying to tell me it was expiring soon. Shady company.

Oct 17,2021It's a scam, I was charged immediately but the Dr never showed Update: I did NOT get my certification as the reply below said. I got approved by the Dr and then they've been sending me in circles for 4 days to actually get certified, and it still hasn't happened. I paid $200 for nothing.

Oct 07,2021The company is misleading with regards to what they actually charge you for annual costs. They actually have information on their website in 3 different areas that says the total annual cost is $199.00 when in fact they attempt to charge you twice that amount. Update: If you truly want to help people you should remove the areas that anyone with common sense would agree are misleading to the public because they clearly state that in the state of Florida the total annual cost to Veriheal will be 199.00. I'm not sure how clearer I can make this statement.

Oct 06,2021Very unhappy with service received! Received rx with no details of dosage or instructions. Customer service is a joke. Can’t get any straight answers and good luck getting a representative with knowledge to answer your questions or that allows you to get a word in. I got all my questions answered by Texas original and I wasn’t even their customer. Will be using Texas original from now on. Hope everyone else does the same.

Oct 05,2021My experience is the same as Mr greens . First visit was easy . The renewal on the other hand has been a complete utter mess. I also had John Duryee. He never updated the information. I've called over 10 times into veriheal they have paged the Dr. They told me I would get a response within an hour and now we are going on day 6. You took my money with no problem but I can't get any service. Yes I requested a refund because your Dr is incompetent. Looking at all the bad reviews are coming from the same Dr Duryee . I spent over 8 hours worth of phones going back and forth with all of you waiting time during my work hours . When asked to see a different Dr you told me you would expedite the process . That never happened and you wanted me to wait an additional 5 days so that was another lie .

Oct 01,2021I read all the supposedly great reviews about Veriheal. First time with them was super smooth. Then this year I decide to renew my prescription with them again. Made the appointment which was about maybe 60 seconds after 20 minutes of waiting for the doctor. After I never received an email confirmation. My prescription didn’t update either on the state website. 3 days later and still Veriheal support can’t do anything about it. The best is they tried contacting the doctor but aren’t getting any response… it was with Dr. John Duryee sep 28th 10:00 am. Edit: they actually don’t want to process refund. Unless they charge a cancellation fee. When their doctor didn’t approve me and I had to look for a different doctor. Honestly terrible service and bad experience.

Sep 30,2021Let me start this by saying I’m absolutely pleased with Veriheal, it was a great site and I am with card. The reason for the 4 star review was my original doctor, who I saw on the 8th just went MIA. Now I waited 7 days to contact Veriheal back which might have been my mistake, but when I did I was told they would get back to me in 24 hours, well I got antsy, so I contact them again shortly after 24 hours. I messaged with someone who was beyond helpful! They told me that doctor Phil was no longer seeing patients, and they apologized and set me up with another appointment. The appointment was set for that day, that doctor was friendly, nice, polite. We spoke for 5 -7 min, he approved me. At that time told me just give him till the next day to get the information to the state. Which made me nervous. But he did it without fail! And I was with my state card within 4 days of the prescription being sent to the state. Needless to say I recommend Veriheal now to everyone!THANKS

Sep 29,2021Take your money and leave you to dry. I have been waiting over 72 hours for Veriheal to get my ID updated with the state when they told me it would take just 10 minutes. I have not been able to get my meds for 3 days because of their incompetence. Go somewhere else!

Nov 14,2021Great service from a great company. When I needed a detailed receipt to provide to my FSA account to cover my appointment, Veriheal's customer service team responded promptly with documentation that my FSA accepted. I'm referring Veriheal to everyone that I can think of.
