If a product is out of order, they quickly notify you and keep you fully updated on its progress. The delivery is prompt and they offer good value for money. I would recommend this company.

Sep 09,2024Unlike previous iterations of this design, the cat cushion is quite unstable due to the convex underside. It's quite wobbly and the cat doesn't sink in enough. I imagine that, over time, it will become flatter and more stable.

When it didn't show up, my entire order was suspended indefinitely, and I phoned up a few days later to remove that one item and get urgently needed prescription cat food delivered. Please reconsider how you handle it when an order cannot be fulfilled.

Sep 02,2024My first order came 2 days early kept well informed for delivery which was better than l did when buying in uk you get told it’s in uk by yodel day 3 working day we let know when it’s out give last date it can be delivered day 4 working day had email it’s being delivered today has l already give a review which give very good service just wish l came here first now made second order to be delivered by Friday 6th August and been packed already tried the tracking to show they expecting it’s not showing today like it did last time just red banner saying check your tracking or postcode try agian can you please confirm it’s posted and the correct tracking thank you it’s now working just took longer than last time thank you. Today 4 th August came 2 days early that’s very good service from you and delivery service thank you very much
