Aug 06,2024Purchased the trial pack of renal dog food to try out but out of the 4 tins included, 3 of them are bashed and damaged. This is shocking and I expected so much more from an apparently reputable company. I won't be using them again which is unfortunate as the idea of sending samples out is a very good one. Not happy at all with the service. The people packing the stuff into the box will have felt they were damaged

A small box inside a much larger (badly damaged) box was delivered after several days by Yodel, more than eight hours later than the time given for that day. Past experience has led me to avoid dealing with companies who use Yodel for deliveries.

The velcro startled her to start with, but after a couple of uses it was no problem. I only have to open it a little to slip it over her head. Minimum fuss. I secure it with a long bandage, not her collar, for comfort. She is happy wearing it . I have to use a buster collar frequently and finding this product has been a godsend for me and my dog.
