Oct 01,2024The item was fine, thank you. But it would have been nice to know that it was coming from Holland even though ordered through a .co.uk website. This meant an unacceptably long delivery time which was a real problem for us. Truth is, I would not have ordered through them if I had known. Maybe that's why they withheld this fact until it was too late to do anything about it? Sneaky.

I bought a large dog food container but when delivered I opened it up to find that the clip fastener had been broken in transit, I phoned the company’s customer service & explained what had happened to which I was sent a replacement that I received within 4 days. That’s what I call excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Product was not packaged particularly well and there was a cut in both the packaging and the product bag which was disappointing but as it’s dried dog food that gets eaten fairly quickly I’ve not complained. Other companies send them out boxed for extra protection.
