Apr 01,2024I spent ages trying to find my cats special diet food & ordered from vetsend. On delivery which was swift, I discovered I had ordered dog food instead of cat food! But I had already opened one tin before realising my expensive mistake. I phoned the company the next day & admitted it was my mistake & asked how to return the unwanted food. They told me they would refund the whole amount & I could donate the dog food to a shelter. I was stunned by the incredible customer care & they were so understanding. It’s very rare to find such good service these days so credit where it’s due to Vetsend.
