I ordered from vets end for my cats prescription food, my first issue was my delivery date changed from 2 working days to 10 working days once the order placed. Ok, no drama I’ll have to wait. Parcel is collected by yodel and yodel deliver it to a different address on a different street. I contact yodel who tell me to contact vetsend. I was provided an address that the parcel had gone too, off I went to said address and the occupant has said they’ve received no delivery for me. I do the whole street (15 houses) not one person has received my Parcel. Vetsend open a claim with yodel. 7 days later still no updated but they've had my money for 3’weeks. I open up a PayPal case and they attach the same information to the case showing it delivered to the incorrect address, again I explain what I’ve done attaching the what’s app transcript. They now tell me to do a yodel claim. I HAVE DONE…..TWICE. This has now been going on for 4 weeks. I have spent £60 on food me nor my cat have, vetsend have said they’ve received will not do anything until yodel finish their investigation (which can take up to 28 working days) £60 is a lot of money and such a big chunk to lose at the minute. I’ve begged and pleaded with vetsend and they do not care I will not use this company again.
Price was much cheaper than from our vet.

Fast delivery, was very happy.
Ordered item listed as in stock. Took payment and then just keep pushing delivery date out. Asked whether it was actually in stock and told it was due in same day only to be told an hour later unspecified delivery time. Week wasted could have ordered elsewhere for an item really needed.

The company responded positively to what appeared a preferential treatment of cats over dogs. I was looking for the Beaphar multivitamin paste, in the past sold as cat and dog version. Because I have 5 dogs, I was pleased to find a 250 ml tube on Vetsend, rather than just 100 ml of which we run out quite quickly and which is more expensive per unit. Having put 5 tubes into my basket, I noticed that it is only for cats. I phoned the company and they told me that they do not have a Beaphar multivitamin paste for dogs. This was disappointing. It may be partly due to Beaphar selling the dog variety only in the 100 ml amounts. I am pleased that Vetsend are raising a query with the manufacturer and hopefully will be able to include also a dog variety in both sizes in their range. Thank you.

Very happy with the medical pet boot that we bought. It provides a waterproof cover for a bandaged dog paw, enabling some exercise during recovery. I would like to have seen a faster delivery option as items like this are sometimes needed quickly.

BEWARE!!!! STOP 🛑!!! ✋!!! Ordered eye cream for my dog and these lot sent me stuff for a urine infection!!! AND it came in a tube with NO English writing on it!!!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!! What if I would have trusted these people and put this in my dog’s eyes?? I had to translate with my phone to find out what it was 😡!! Although the company APPEARS to be British it’s not,, so if you want to contact them by phone be prepared to pay for it!!! Also it tries to make you email through that Apple “mail” app which is also crap!! So after an hour of trying to get through to them I eventually give up 😡! I have tried to leave them a message by normal email but don’t know if it’s went through 😡!! I’ll be on here EVERYDAY with a one star review until these muppets contact me and let me know what’s going on!! So everyone BEWARE if you’re getting your loved pet something from here,,, IT MAY CAUSE YOUR PET SERIOUS HARM!!!!! Reply : I received an overlarge brown envelope with a tube of “stuff” in it,, NO English on the tube,, NO leaflet in the envelope,, JUST A TUBE OF STUFF 🤷🏼!! Had to use the “translate app” on my phone to find out what it was!! You don’t seem to care i could have put urine infection “stuff” in my dog’s eyes,, you’re halfhearted apology only seems to address you sent me the wrong stuff. How can something like that pass through quality inspection? Also if you have a British phone number that’s free,, why did the only one i was offered make me call Austria?
I haven't received the cat food which I ordered on 24.12.24. Today is 07.01.2025. I have since been contacted by the company to say the carrier had lost a lot of orders which were posted on 24.12.24 and offered me the choice of a refund or a new order.
Several days after the goods were sent I still hadn't received them but Vetsend were very helpful and always responded to my queries promptly, successfully resolving the issue for me.
