Mar 29,2022I recently ordered products from vet send uk and only afterwards read some of the reviews which were poor , I was worried because I didn’t get a confirmation email so I contacted customer service which were fast to respond and informed me my items were on the way (there arrived the next day and I’m very happy with the items . Overall great customer service and delivery .

Mar 16,2022Really poor and unacceptable service. I received a message that "Your order XXX is on its way...". When I checked the Hermes site 2 days later to find out where the package was, Hermes haven't even received the package. The Vetsend web site states that "We will ship your products the next day when you place your order before 5pm on a business day." They failed to do so but were quick off the mark to take the payment and invoice me. Don't be fooled by the Vetsend.co.uk domain. This bunch are based in The Netherlands. Avoid. Footnote: I did get a reponse from Vetsend per below. To clarify, EVRi is the "new Hermes" (i.e. Hermes renamed) but the Vetsend emails still refer to Hermes with content such as "Hermes UK is on its way" and "Your order XXX is on its way and will be delivered by Hermes UK!" so Vetsend should update their system if they want to make a point about shipments being made by EVRi. As of 16-Mar they still haven't shipped my order which was placed 13-Mar.

Mar 02,2022I was a bit worried about my order after reading through all the reviews here. I was waiting fory order 5 working days which isn't bad considering the location of the firm. The price of the product was great, the lowest in the market, the delivery was tracked so I could monitor every change. However these reviews forced me to use another great website to make sure that my dog will get food on time😊

I read the small print before ordering, which advised my order would be dispatched the next day and I would be advised by email of the dispatch. Still no dispatch note, not answering emails or phone calls. My credit card has been debited. Only upon investigating so I see the company are in Netherlands, although this is not clear when ordering. Please reply ASAP and advise when my products will arrive. Not a great first experience!

Don’t fall for it

Feb 07,2022I placed an order on February 1st. It says it will ship in 4 business days. I didn't mind and bought 2 kg of food for my dog to handle. The mail came today, saying it will be delivered on the 4th of March. I was shocked. I've been writing to cancel since morning but they are not responding. I want my money refunded. My dog suffered. Where should I complain? I hope they read this and reply, refund my money. I wish I read the comments.

Feb 07,2022Impossible to contact them, they ignore the Customer Service Account. I have waited nearly a month, putting my pets at risk. They should change the "no reply" email when they write to tell you your order is delayed so customers can respond directly to change order details. In the meantime, call them and get a human being on the phone because they just ignore the email Customer Service account. Very disappointed with this supplier and will not be using them again.
