Ordered 2 packs of dog food and awaited delivery. One week on and no delivery. Contacted the company to find out where the order was and was informed it had been returned to them. Probably the courier's fault but that's what happens when a company uses Hermes for delivery. As a result I won't order from vetsend again. They did offer full refund which was paid promptly.

Poor customer service. I have waited 2 weeks for my order and never got dispatched or received a tracking number. I order items that were in stock and then got a response saying it was out-of-stock and that basically is my fault that the website was wrong, WOW. I asked to amend my orders, which they totally ignored and then claim it would be in stock soon and that I will receive a dispatch email soon...its been a week and heard nothing. Now waiting for my full refund and take my business somewhere else.

Having ordered a kidney diet trial pack for my sick cat and paid £4.50 for delivery, I am extremely disappointed that my order has not arrived three days later. It will now not arrive until 5 days after I place my order (as it is the weekend), at the earliest, and I'm not holding my breath. I think it is disgusting to charge that amount of postage and not ensure that such a vital order is delivered speedily. My cat is literally dying and will probably have to be put to sleep before my order arrives!

I've ordered from Vetsend several times and my overall experience is good. I had needed a refund as they notified me an item was out of stock, and that was organised and paid the same day, so top marks to Customer Services.

I wish I investigated this company more before ordering from them. Although their website is .co.uk and they have a UK number they are in fact based in the Netherlands. They state items shipped next day but then after you place an order the email states they only send them out 3 times a week. They send via hermes and we all know what their service is like. I ordered on the 28th of December and on the 12th of January I still haven't received my item. I've had to purchase my items from the vet as the service here isn't that reliable. 2 stars for the company and 3 for me for not looking into this company before I ordered.

Ordered on the 5th, asked for tracking details since an automated respoinse was never sent. Got the tracking a few days later. It's the 10th and it's still showing as not with the courier yet. Wrote to cancel the order and still no response. Extremely poor customer service and shipping speed especially when I paid almost £5 for shipping on one small item.

After 8 days I still didnt get my parcel. What so ever I had the message with part of my order to be sent but unfortunatelly 2 days later HERMES still did not have my items . Big dissapointment because I was waiting for special food for my sick puppy . Really bad customer service

Why so slow to despatch and why use the slowest possible service with Hermes. Charges £4.50 - when I can get next day service for items that I post for less than this. 3-5 days service is far too slow when you’re selling important things for pets such as medication and food! Good range of items but delivery speeds are poor.

I ordered some Bene-Bac probiotics from Vetsend 4 days ago. When I realised they had not emailed to confirm the items had been dispatched I emailed them. Only at this point did they bother to let me know that the probiotics weren't actually in stock - despite the website having listed them as in stock and stating they would be "shipped in 1 day". They will apparently not be in stock for another 4 days so won't even be dispatched until then - and they might not even be sent out then because Vetsend "only dispatch items 3 times a week". My pet is ill and desperately needs regular probiotics and I've almost finished my current pack. I explained this to Vetsend but they neither acknowledged this nor made any kind of apology whatsoever for the delay or for not informing me about it. I would have been more understanding of the error but was very annoyed at the complete lack of apology or interest.

Dreadful company. 5 days after placing an order, I received an email stating the order was not paid. It was, the error is theirs and I am now left with no money, no food and a very unwell cat. The customer service agent sounded bored, uninterested and absolutely unhelpful. And only when speaking to them do I find d out it isn't even a UK company, wouldn't have ordered if I'd known. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Avoid.

WORST experience I ever had while ordering product online. Even more worst was the customer service. I was so irritated of this bad experience that I emailed the owner herself, no response from her yet. They constantly blaming Hermes (well if Hermes is the problem, why don't you replace them?). Won't buy from them ever again, I will also make sure that my friends who have pets- will avoid them.

Nearly completed my order, then suddenly the postage charge doubled as Aberdeen is in a RURAL area. Seriously?? Please enlighten me as to where you actually think Aberdeen is. Unbelievable!

Order # 6843964 placed on 02/10/21 1. I provided an incomplete address upon ordering. 2. Correct address has been corrected and provided to Vetsend on 11/10/2021 3. I emailed and called on many occasions to follow up on the delivery 4. Today 20/10/2021 a very rude, no listening skill and angry customer staff Bianca blamed me for providing the wrong address that causes the delay.

Ordered 9 days ago. Website represented that product was in stock and would be received within 3/4 days. Now on 9th day from order, product hasn't cleared customs apparently. They can't cancel the order because it has been sent from their end. Telephone number provided on confirmation email is not valid. Customer service number on website is but tried to say I put through for a pre-order and they had to wait for stock. Too long for a delay and now we have been out of dog food for a few days (still feeding the dog obviously but having to prepare fresh meals daily). Having to source an alternative. This company isn't worth it.

Delivery is via Hermes so enough said there. Delivery was late and sent to completely different address and postcode. Vetsend blamed me and told me to sort it with Hermes myself as it was my mistake and sent me a picture of a map dayin where the item had been dropped and to go fetch it myself. Never use again, even when querying delivery it's a 3 days process so unless ordering dog food 2 bags in advance you will be left short.

Ordered Applaws dry cat food on 12th and came today 17th. Yes more expensive but as we can't get in uk at the moment it is well worth it for a happy, full and healthy moggie.
