Dec 19,2023Thank you for dismantling and reassembling our items. Moved a 6 bedroom house successfully with the help of Via Removals and Storage teammembers. The staff were super friendly and polite all the way through. Was a tough job, but we managed to get through it all together. Going to be using these guys again the next time I move out Couldn't ask for anything better 😊

Dec 19,2023Movers turned up 45 minutes late, they were polite but really slow. We had to ask them to fill the van with larger items rather than smaller holdalls. They said they were only doing one trip which was never stated to me during enquiry or booking. They took 3 of them forever to dismantle a wardrobe and desk (which they damaged) so that when it came to remantling these at the new house I said don’t bother as we just wanted them to go. It was getting dark and we needed to get sorted. I’ve never moved before but if I do again, I would be finding a different company.
