Placed order for new steering wheel 12/27/2024. Still haven't received it and it is now 3/3/2025. The last to previous inquiries I made, I was told it was in final stages of testing and would be 3 days to a week. I called today to request a refund and it was in "final stages of assembly" and could not be refunded. Who knows if I am out $900 or not. Very frustrating. Looking at other reviews now I would say, do not order from them.

Got a steering wheel from Vicrez and they did not send the needed obd II module to have the steering wheel work correctly. I got in contact with their customer support(Nichole) and the agent was very dismissive, lacking in product knowledge, and stopped responding to emails. I tried to explain to her my situation and she said they stopped producing the product in December(for 2011-2014 Charger Models) so they couldn’t give me an obd module to replace the missing one. But here is the kicker, the steering wheel got here in January of 2025 and it still shows for sale on their website. I then decided to do some research and the led portion and obd module in the steering wheels are made by OHC Motors. Using that information, I found out the modules are universal between vehicles. So I found a 2015+ model steering wheel on the Vicrez website that use the same exact module, and I was trying to let the customer service representative(Nichole) know that they could just send me one of those modules since they didn’t send one with my steering wheel and it will be able to work properly. That’s when she became very dismissive and was try to tell me it wouldn’t work and that it’s built in the steering wheel(it’s not,it’s an obd module and it will work). She was very lacking in product knowledge and unwilling to help with my issue. THEY LEFT OUT THE MODULE NEEDED TO HAVE THE STEERING WHEEL WORK AND WONT SEND ME A MODULE. Unprofessional and unwilling to help

The product arrived late like others posted before me. I am still waiting on the second half the shipment 45 days later. The first half of the shipment arrived with the outer box intact, but the contents broken. Contacted the rep and after 5 days I was told it was outside of their 30 day warranty. I believe a warranty begins from receipt of the article not from the time of ordering. As others have stated STAY AWAY!

Product arrived 2 weeks late. Was told twice they would send 2nd product since first one appeared lost. Ordered PPF wrap. They did not use a tube for backing, only wrapped inside itself. Box was crunched several times. Ordered PRE CUT , paid the extra expense. It arrived as a 5x10 sheet with a letter stating they don’t have a machine to do the pre cut ???????? Do yourself a favor, stay clear! Buy somewhere else.

I give this company no stars!!! On November11th or 12th i ordered a product with tge bf24 code. Which brought the product down from the original price! When cashing out it denied my card and said use another. I did and it denied it again. I ordered the product again and it took my card for the full price and it was from one of the cards that was denied! I called and stated i still want the product but wish to be compensated for the difference of the price when I spoke to a representative they said that they can do that for me. I waited a few days to see if my card got charged back but nothing came back on my card so then I called a second representative and she said she see that I spoke to someone and she will get back to me, two weeks later no one has gotten back to me very bad customer service I will never order from them again !!!!

Perfect ordering process !! I made my order received a tracking number within 24hrs and a wonderful delivery of my item. UPS took good care to respect my purchase and not destroy it since it’s so fragile and expensive so I appreciate everything. Def would purchase again this order is a gift so I’ll def update how he likes it once it is applied to his car

You never put a custom shipping docket on your shipping. Then UPS had this parcel for over a week even when the duty was paid. Very frustrating not pleased. Thank you.

Ordered a diffuser was completely wrong everything else was right would have bin 4 stars but can’t reach a supervisor employees can’t do anything and everything is done over email I have sent plenty of them for them to say they are working on it once I get to 30 days what happens then I’m sol again that’s what happened last time I ordered it in winter got the wrong on couldn’t send back bc didn’t try it till summer welp got another one and bam wrong again over 500 dollars wasted on this bs company

By far one of the biggest scam companies ive ever dealt with. I ordered coilovers on Apirl 15th 2024, with a manufacture time of up to 14 days and up to 2-3 days delivery time. So in total, 17days or 2 weeks 3 days till I received my order. On the 13th day, I received an email stating that my order label for shipping and delivery was made, (around 10am). That Friday, I looked to see if my order was received by FedEx and noticed the label for delivery was canceled. I waited to see if Vicrez would communicate on what was going on. The following Wednesday, I called to see for myself. After getting the run around for nearly two hours, a rep (Jorge Encinas) tells me that a part of my coilover kit didn't pass part inspection and would need to be redone. I asked how long would it take to do so and a possible eta for delivery. Jorge replied that he wasn't sure but he would called back the follow Thursday of next week. Mind you, this was heading into a total of 3-4 weeks now with no product. Thursday rolls around and no call. So I called that Friday, vicrez rep (Diego) tells me that I can count on getting my coilovers by May 15th but he'll send me an email to confirm that date. No email, Monday comes and I call about not receiving that email of confirmation and to just cancel and refund my order. Vicrez Rep (Jorge Encinas) sends me an email trying to convince me not to cancel. I asked could he update me on my order, he could not. I asked to proceed with the cancelation and refund of my order based on the fact that nobody could seem to say what was going on with my order. Shortly about receiving the email from (Jorge) stating I would get my refund in 10-15 business day. FedEx label was created to ship my order. I called immediately to make sure my order was canceled, I was assured that it was and it was just miscommunication between sales and their warehouse. Fast forward to a week in a half and the coilovers are delivered. I call once again to find out why was the orderd delivered if it was canceled. The rep tells me that I can return them just follow their return policy. I call the number to get the information for the return, Vicrez rep(Nicole) tells me that she see that I have a refund request in, give her ten minutes to email me the information to return my order. 2hours pass, no email, I call her back and I'm greeted with rudeness. She tells that she'll send the information I needed when she gets ready and I need to wait. The following day, (Jorge) emails me and tells me that he basically lied about giving me a refund and now that my order is marked delivered, I'm stuck with it, oh well, have a nice day. Currently going through my credit card company and legal to get my money back from this scam company.

Stay away from these people Personally, I do not recommend this company for purchases, my experience here was the worst I have ever received in my life, still far from all the problems caused and the sending of incorrect parts. They were unable to provide a solution to my problem As a customer never again

Ordered mud flaps and it was promised to be delivered at a certain time. They had the best price I could find. The parts arrived 4 days late and were missing hardware, so I returned them. They have a difficult return process and required me to pay return shipping. I called them after they received the return and they advised the parts were recieved, but call the next day for a status update. Again called two days later and they advised it would be 5 business days to "process" the return. I feel fortunate to learn about their problems on a small order, but if ordering it should be assumed as a "sales final" situation

We bought a hood from them and it arrived damaged. We contacted them and they said that the hood is useable so we are not going to get refunded. We are out 2,000 dollars and no hood. the hood was a fiber glass hood. DO NOT BUY from them they are a JOKE

bought exhuast tips on 11/05/23 and todays is 2/17/24 and still getting the run around on how the tips havent gotten to the warehouse for them to ship so stay away from this company there website still says that the exhuast is in stock and it isnt!!

I bought Vicrez LED Lights for SRT Grilles vz102173| Dodge Charger 2015-2023 for my 2020 Charger Scat Pack. Unfortunately they only lasted a month until water got into one of the seals, which made a part of the LED strips bulbs die. This is a shame because these lights do look fantastic and I really like them, I know this kinda stuff happens with aftermarket, but I'm going with another brand. What I'm really disappointed about is Vicrez, unsurprisingly, did not post my review on them. I did not bash or slander them, my review was fair, concise, just discussing my experience, which makes me believe they are paid reviews or I just got unlucky, but the reviews are most likely paid since they are suspiciously all positive. I ordered them from AmericanMuscle.com, they came perfectly fine. I called Vicrez and unsurprisingly did not offer any sort of compensation, because I did not place the order through them. I can understand that, but as you can tell, this company will not stand by their products. You can't even offer me a replacement? Not that I'd even be willing to give them another chance, but it's the principle, what does it matter where I got it, it's still your product. Now I gotta spend another $300 to get this other brand installed. The fact this item has no warranty as well makes you think they know something will go wrong in the future. Stay away.

The Vicrez product falls short in quality and in customer service. I paid over $4000 for the following: Vicrez Demon Wide Body Kit vz101768 | Dodge Challenger 2008-2022 - Add Front Splitter: vz101847 - Select Front Lip: vz102464 (Demon) - Wheel Options: Vicrez VXC Matte Black - Tire Options: Add 305/35R20 Tires Model: vz101768 It was for a 2012 Dodge Challenger. It was ordered on November 28, 2022. We received a shipment but it was missing parts. I reached out to Vicrez and after many calls over the course of several weeks, we received almost everything. We didn't receive everything until the end of January 2023. We had the wide body kit installed by a professional body shop in May 2023 (this was the earliest we could get anyone to do the work). The front two fenders or wheel arches (whatever you want to call them) started cracking by August. Keep in mind this car is not my daily driver! We reached out to Vicrez about the defective parts and heard nothing back. By the end of October both front fender flares were cracked nearly all the way across the fender. Now it is the end of November and both front fender flares are cracked in multiple spots and look absolutely horrible. I reached out to Vicrez in May (there was a fitment issue-heard nothing), August, September, October, and now November. After multiple attempts to contact someone with the company, I finally got an email back just yesterday. The only thing their team has offered was to send replacement parts. When I asked if they would refund me for part of the purchase instead, the answer was no. When I asked if they had a way to prevent this from happening again to the new parts, the answer was no. Vicrez should refund part of my purchase to help with costs associated with the defective parts to have the body shop paint prep and install the new parts. Overall the products are substandard quality. The parts were inadequate for the level of quality I expected for my car. The parts are cheap and less than mediocore. I highly suggest looking for a different company for any auto needs, especially if you are meticulous about the look and quality involving your vehicle.

Ordered some mud flaps for the new Nissan Z. Once the part arrived, I realised they clearly have never actually seen a Nissan Z before in person. The just made something that, "looks about right" and sold it. There are no pre-drilled holes on any of the 4 pieces (I ordered front and rear). I'll have to put them up against the car and figure out how I want to cut the ABS and figure out which screws I want to reuse. The rear of the Z has no screws at all, so *will* require drilling into the car if I want to use their flaps. I thought it would of been moulded into a shape that would utilise the space in the wheel well. The description on their own website said that, "installation doesn't require drilling and is an option". The rear *definitely* requires drilling... otherwise your taping or 3M'ing it onto the car with zero support. I asked for installation instructions and was ignored. Literally the worst part I've ever seen for any of my cars. I just purchased some for my A90 Supra from ZL1 and their product is 10/10.

Ordered a custom carbon fiber steering wheel on July 7, 2023 and received it 8/18/23. Upon installation there was no instructions. watched a youtube video on a install for dodge charger. red wire to 12v in clockspring, black to screw in steering wheel. Obd harness red to 12v accesory in fuse box and black to ground. simple wiring. plugged module in to obd harness started car steering wheel lights up but never wirelessly connects to steering wheel to display rpms and so forth. I tried wiring direct to battery and other ways still never worked had over 33 emails with Vicrez from 8/21-9/22 and issue never was resolved. Paulina and Nicole claimed they did all they can do. They said it should be professionally installed. a kid can wire this. They never offered to replace the module or led part in steering. they dont believe anything is defective. i sent photos and videos of everything they requested but no resolution. they stopped emailing me after 9/22. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

*UPDATE* VICREZ has assisted in correcting the issue at the best of their capacity. Thanks for the communication and assistance in resolving this. "*Note that I'll reconsider this review once the company commits to an acceptable and reasonable resolution. As of today, the company has done nothing but to ignore my request and confirmed their unwillingness to resolve the issue or refund the amount paid without me incurring in additional/unexpected expenses. Overall, AWFUL customer service.... Even though they have good parts and what appears to be good service, their customer service is a "joke". I ordered a part which looked acceptable once received, installed according to their instructions and videos and that is when the problems started. The part did not fit perfectly, and they recommended "tape it" which caused an air-gap between the part and the car when the heat came in. Now, they want me to "remove and return '' the part leaving the already open holes exposed to the weather which, as you all know, may cause additional issues. Unfortunately, issue is being escalated as they are still in the same position, do not want to help, do not want to provide other installation options, and are just leaving me "stuck" with a defective part, without the correct installation process and expect me to accept an "in-store" credit which, as any of you may understand, is simply unacceptable, specially after this awful experience with their customer service agents (PS)...."
