Jun 21,2023BOUGHT A COILOVER KIT FOR MY TELLURIDE....SHIPPING TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. WAS NOT ORIGINALLY TOLD THEY HAD TO BUILD THE KIT. PARTS WERE ALL OVER IN THE BOX BUT WAS COMPLETE. BRAKE HOSE BOLTS DIDNT FIT SO I HAD TO SOURCE THOSE ON MY OWN. NO INSTRUCTIONS - AFTER CALLING A LINK TO A YOUTUBE VID OF A DODGE CHARGER WAS SENT AND TOLD I COULD EMAIL SERVICE. FIGURED OUT INSTALL BUT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS LATER I HAVE A BLOWN SHOCK. BEEN TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT FOR A WEEK AND KEEP GETTING THE RUN-AROUND. EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT, JUST NEED TO GET THE CAR BACK ON THE ROAD :(

Jun 15,2023CF Hood had scratches on the cowl when it arrived let them know and the filed a report with shipping. Then nothing weeks go by still waiting for response from shipping company. More weeks go by and still nothing will be filing a dispute with PayPal to hopefully get my money back company customer service is a total joke.

Jun 13,2023I ordered a CF LED steering wheel for my S5 Audi on March 8th 2023 with the hopes that it'd be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks like they advertise. Nope... After countless emails with them jerking me around promising that "it'd be delivered soon" it took 3 MONTHS for me to actually receive my wheel. They didn't waste any time processing my payment though! And what's worse, no user manual, no wiring schematics, and the only installation instructions provided are links to outdated youtube videos that aren't even for my car! Horrible!

Feb 04,2023Vicrez has an amazing product! The look of the product and durability has been unmatched. I purchased the rear diffuser for a 2018 dodge Challenger about a year ago and it is beautiful. It was easy to install, it arrived perfectly, the instructions were easy to follow, and Vicrez customer service is hands down one of the best I worked with.

The fitment was perfect, installation was a breeze( less than an hour, only a power drill and a clip prop was needed), and the end result was beautiful, better than I expected, would highly recommend vicrez products to anyone looking to personalize their vehicle

Jan 06,2023Really unhappy with my experience. Mary M, the “manager” has been very unresponsive over the past 2 months and won’t return a single phone call. I ordered a full roll of wrap back in November to wrap my car. The quality of the wrap was worse than I expected but I made the best of it and went ahead anyways. The material was not consistent in color, left adhesive lines, and tore extremely easily even in warm temperatures. I left a review on the product which Vicrez removed. The full roll was not enough to wrap my 350z which was odd as I had used the same quantity to wrap my car in the past. Vicrez insisted I buy more material which I did. I even paid $65 extra to have the material sent overnight as I needed it for an event the following weekend. The wrap took 5 days to ship with “overnight” shipping. When the material arrived, it was the wrong color.. I returned it and they still have not sent me the correct material. It is now January and my car is still not complete. Definitely will not be ordering from Vicrez ever again. Am also recommending all my friends to never use their services.

Dec 22,2022I bought 2 wraps from them, however I added a few essentials in the checkout to help me with the project. (magnets and a heat gun) I sent their care team an email and received no response. After a week of no response, I called them and addressed what I was missing after providing my order number. They then told me that they didn’t have any of those tools In their warehouses despite their website saying that they had them in stock lol. The Rep checked to see if their LA warehouse had them in stock, and said that they will have them send me the tools. Still, nothing. After that call, I received a “rate your experience” text after the call. I was under the impression that everything was resolved, and gave them a 5…very satisfied. That’s just me being kind too. Fast forward to today, I ended up getting the wraps but not the tools lol. I’m happy with the wraps look and I’m looking forward to getting them on my car, but I’m alittle disappointed that I paid for some tools and used their holiday promo code for a free heat gun that ended up being bogus. Jokes on me I guess, but let’s hope that their Vicrez’s wraps meet up to the leaders like 3M. All in all, the Reps are kind & I did get the wraps. Just got gypped and wasn’t offered a refund on some of those tools lol whatever. Bad for business, I’ll upload some photos of the email but I might not consider ordering for them again which is a shame because I always put their products on a wishlist of mine and dreamed of getting their products! If anything changes or gets resolved, I’ll be happy to give them a 5 star and be loyal to them.

Sep 18,2023They never shipped my order. Ordered on 9/2 with any expected ship date of 3-5 days. Everytime I requested a ship date or tracking number I got the run around. Gave them 2 weeks and then I canceled the order and entered a dispute with my credit card. Edit: was contacted to supply an order number as verification but it's been months since my order. I took a screen grab of the support email ID numbers but I can't post screen grabs. The internal ID numbers are 38490, 38494, 39304. Each one of these are customer support people I've emailed.
