Sep 03,2021I purchased a rear diffuser for my 2021 Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye shortly after my purchase and I could not be more happy with the product I received. I have bought other brands in the past and this was my first purchase from Vicrez. I was shocked how sturdy the product was. Other brands have been very flimsy and did not seem worth the price. I have sent my friends over to Vicrez and they have purchased products also. I absolutely love that Vicrez offers discounts on their products. Very rare to see that on other competitors. I will continue to buy from Vicrez, you have my business for life. FYI: I added the white vinyl for the stripes, it does not come like this stock.

Sep 03,2021I was in the market for some mods for my Dodge Charger and came across Vicrez through thier advertisements on Instagram. After reading some of thier reviews, I was quick to purchase. Shipping was free, and I was even offered a discount code at checkout in addition to the sales and promotions they were running at the time. One of the parts I had ordered was on slight back order delay, but customer service was incredible and accommodating and made sure I had all my questions answered. The installation videos and resources this company provides makes everything seamless when it comes to upgrading your vehicle. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for aftermarket parts for their car! I have already raved about them to the Dodge Charger Reddit forum that I am apart of as well!!!

Sep 03,2021Could not have asked for a better experience. I got the hood I had been searching for for months. It came in a box with a wood crate around it so there was absolutley no damage. It was perfect condition and bolted right on just as advertised. I had another product I had to return and Vicrez customer service was the best! Nothing to complain about. I will continue to keep shopping with them and recommending to all my friends!!!

I called customer service and the personnel was friendly and checked the item number to ensure it was in stock. I paid to expedite my order and the lady asked to call her back with the order number from the purchase, so they can quickly process the shipment in which they did.
