Company shipped me the wrong spoiler. Bought a ducktail spoiler for my 350z that had some pretty good reviews so I felt confident with the item. When I received it the curves did not line up at all. I brought it to 3 different auto body shops all of which refused to install because none wanted to be held liable if something happened. Company is saying I am unable to refund it so now I’m stuck with a spoiler that did not resemble any of the pictures online.

I bought a complete wheel package for my challenger. Delivery took a month and a half, when i received the wheels, i was only sent 5 total lugnuts instead of 20, the lugnuts i was sent were used and scratched. I called and asked for the rest of the lugnuts, they tried to tell me that my order was only for 1 set of 5, i had to show them on their site where the specific part number is for 20 lugnuts, and also had to point out that i paid for an entire wheel package and matching lugnuts that are specific to the wheels, and questioned why would i buy only 5 lugnuts when i purchased 4 wheels and tires. They eventually acknowledged the purchase was for 20 lugnuts and said they would be sent out that day. I was sent a new tracking number, however it's now been a week and they have still not been sent out. Which means i am stuck waiting for the rest of the lugnuts, and have to leave the wheels and tires in boxes in my livingroom before i can put them on. Every aspect, from the order, delivery, and customer service, has been subpar. They don't seem to really care about their customers, or the quality of their products. I wouldn't order from vicrez again.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I was so excited to finally be purchasing something from vicrez, seeing as they are very well known in the car community and I’ve honestly left this experience SO disappointed. I purchased a rear window louver from Vicrez, only to realize they sent me a grill for a Lamborghini. The parts were so dusty and scratched, I was shocked knowing that they would even send someone a part in this condition. I spent 2 weeks trying to speak to an actual person. I would email them and someone would respond with “send me the order number” even though the # was literally in the subject line. Every time I would respond with the number, they would never get back to me. So I would message their fb messenger chat and the same thing would happen. I would call their phone number and always get their voicemail. I really thought they were ghosting me. Finally on the 2nd week, Erika, responded and sent me a return label to send back the grill they sent me and also promised to send me quarter louvers for the inconvenience. I check in with them a couple weeks later and Diana responds asking me if I would like a refund or replacement, I clearly still want the louver so I tell her to send the order still. Mind you every time I email them, it takes minimum a day to respond since we’re on different coasts, sometimes it would take days. So at this point more than a month has passed and I still don’t have my louver. I email them after they sent me the tracking number and asked them if I should be expecting the quarter louvers as well and Diana says she does not have any email showing that they were going to send me that. I had to screenshot the email from Erika where it clearly said they were going to send me the quarter louvers. Diana assures me that the quarter louvers will be sent out after seeing the screenshot. I received my rear window louver but not the quarter louvers, I wait 2 WEEKS to give them time and still nothing. When I check in with them Diana says they forgot to send it out. 2 days later I finally have the quarter louvers and I go to attach everything to my car, I take everything out of the box and realize I’m missing part of the hardware for the louvers. They didn’t send me the screwcaps for the pieces that stick to the window but have to be screwed to the actual louver essentially making it impossible to assemble the louver to my car. I email them VERY upset because after all the unorganized communication and months that have passed to finally receive all the pieces, I’m left without the hardware. I let Diana know, I send her pictures of everything I received and she tells me that they will send out the hardware. It has been a week and I still have not received the hardware, I email them asking why it’s taking long and they don’t respond. The same way they 2 day shipped the louvers, is the same way they should have shipped the hardware. I can’t do anything with the louvers without the hardware and its not my responsibility to go to Lowes or home depot to get hardware that are PROMISED with the part you order, thats just obvious. I’m sure many people have great experiences with Vicrez, but I have definitely not. Don’t price your orders so expensive if this is the way you run a business.

I'm extremely upset and so disappointed with this company! I waited for this order and was told they have lots of stocks in Whittier California of the front front lip I ordered. I waited for a week because it came all the way from Oklahoma and not from here in California. I had it delivered to my cousins house bec he will be installing this to my car. I left work early just to have it installed at my cousins house and my cousin also had to take off From work just to do this favor for me. Come to find out, there were no hardware or no screws inside the box!!!!! I was going to buy it myself from my own pocket bec it has to be installed today so I called their customer service Diana and Emailed their priority group name Benjamin and also messaged them on instagram bec I needed to speak to anyone who can only tell me the exact types and measurements of screws I need to find for this specific lip. Customer service name Diana tells me that there is no one who can help me at 4:30 pm on a Friday. This is a successful company and you will tell me there is no one who can tell me what exact screws and sizes I need for this lip! Not only sending me this product with no hardware screws, but also to find out no one is available from anywhere and from the warehouse who can help me to tell me what kind of screws I need! I had to waste my gas and travel to my cousins house in traffic and miss pay from work for this and to know that no one can tell me this simple information I need from this successful big company. I'm sure it's not Diana's fault, but for gods sake, when you run a big successful company as such, please have a customer person or anyone from the hardware or Warehouse department be available when customers needs important information specially during business hours! I did buy front bumper and i paid about 1k $, waiting and waiting and waiting for any information about shipping, then after about week or more i did contact the victez service, the answer me “the item not in the stock”. I received refund about 955$, lost 45$ in the refund. Why???

Had a good experience with the order and delivery of the widebody kit for my challenger. Good customer service and quick response and turn around times. Would recommend vicrez to anyone looking to upgrade there car for a good price.

I am actually still going through this issue. My husband ordered me a carbon fiber wing/spoiler for my 2019 Dodge 392 scat pack. He got this for me for my 23rd anniversary present. 2 hours after It arrived my husband came home from work and opened it up to see a large crack along the top of it as well as a big chip mark and then some, what appears to be glue on the underside where it would attach. This was clearly an installed item that was returned to the seller. The seller repackaged it up and sent it out to me. Where was the quality control? There isn't any. I bought this through walmart.com because Vicrez.com, I have seen, many people have major complaints. Although their products may be nice, they have horrible customer service and they do not help their customers. After 4 days of sending emails to their company and never responding back to me I decided to find their phone number and call them. I called them around 4:00 p.m. I was put on hold more times than I can recall. Then at about 5:00pm I was put on hold again. At 6:30pm I was getting annoyed wondering when this person from their customer service department was going to come back. I decided to Google their hours and found out they close at 5:30. So this customer service representative put me on hold, packed up for the day and went home with no intention of coming back. They knew what they were doing. Now I have been going back and forth with walmart.com to get my money. Walmart has their own email server that we are supposed to go through. But vicrez sent me an email that did not have a business name affiliated to it. It just made it look like it was coming from a Spam company. Then it said here is your return label. If you have any questions email us back. Once again, no company name no order information about what I purchased no phone number attached, no way of knowing who this business is. So to test it, I responded and sent basically a "who is this" type of email. Outlook.com messaged me back and said this email does not exist. So how am I to know this is real Vicrez? So I contact Walmart again and around and around we go and Vicrez tries to tell them they sent me a return label. I went through the Walmart email server and ask them how was I to know this was really from them. And also let them know about how outlook.com said the email did not exist. Vicrez refused to respond to that. I suggest anybody that wants to buy from this company, go in house and purchased in store. If this is not possible keep looking. There is even a YouTuber that refuses to give mention Vicrez by name because he does not want them to get business because they did shady things to him too. He had nothing good to say, just described how their customer service refused to refund him for a damaged part. This company doesn't even securely ship their items. No styrofoam or wood box to keep the product from damaging. It was literally put inside of a cardboard box. No pride on their $1,000 plus products? No the reason for this is they have no intention of refunding people. Plus, instead of sending out an exchange and picking up the product with FedEx the same day, they expect you to put a huge box that can't fit in your vehicle and return it to a FedEx location! This wouldn't be a big deal if it was just someone changing their mind, but vicrez purposely sent out a broken damaged item. The way they responded through email as well as the phone call proves they care nothing about customer service.

Scammers do not purchase anything from this company their material is low quality brakes easy and comes in broken most of the time. Customer service is bad they kept hanging up on me every time I called to get help on my order. Look somewhere else do not don’t waste your money

Bought a body kit and rims from the company. Never installed the body kit but did use the rims. Couldn’t even use the kit because it was missing clips and instructions. Contacted the company and they wanted pictures of the parts I got. So I sent them, they said that all the parts were there and sent a video link on how to install. Not helpful without all the parts. So I decided to send he parts back to them. I followed the long list of writing the order number on the box. Writing the order number on a piece of paper and puting in the box, and paying ups 120.00 to ship it back… so you’d think I’d get my money back…. Think again!! They said it was incomplete. Well duh I’ve bee telling you that.. and then Mentioned the rims. I said I’m keeping those I want the 998.00 for the body kit. They again said it wasn’t complete. They refused to listen and this is also after waiting 2 weeks after I shipped it back to them. So then they said we are charging you 15% restock fee and it’s in complete so I got 560.00 back minus what I had to pay to re turn an incomplete kit that I couldn’t use. So I got 440.00 out of 998.00 back. This company is a scam. And the parts are crap and I would t recommend them at all!!

Bought a Louver kit this item was installed professionally and set for 5 days. I went to get a basic car wash and stuff starts flying off! Every louver set I have ever purchased has been able to go through the car wash but all of a sudden this cheap product cant! They sell absolutely terrible products and have horrible customer service. I purchased a product provided by them that came with no instructions and had the worst customer service agents! Buyer Beware!

Ordered louver for 2016 Dodge Charger. Louver arrived within a few days, fast shipping. When the louver was test fitted it did not fit the car properly due to the plastic on one side being higher than the other. This product is not precision cut like stated in their video. Also not enough tape was sent to put on back side of brackets. Tape that was given was very cheap and does not stay stuck. When I contacted vicrez about my problems I contacted them June 8th, two days after getting my louver… they said they would look into it. I never received a reply so I contacted them again on June 29th…then on June 30th they sent me an installation video… not addressing my problems at all or even remotely helping my issue. I would say they have horrible customer service. I will not buy from them again.

Bought carbon fiber hood for my 2020 Scat Pack Charger. It came pretty quick. Before putting it on, I noticed that the vents were not cut out along with no washer sprayer cut outs and hood liner pin holes. Called in and was told that they don't cut them out and it was up to the customer to cut them and sent me a Youtube clip on how to do it for a Challenger. This makes no sense, due to the fact that Vicrez says it's a ready to go hood. Got passed all that and was putting the hood latch on (finger tight) and a nut pulled through the hood. No bracket to support the hood. Vicrez says I over tighten the bolts and my hood is non refundable and non replaceable. This compony is crap, sells junk for product, and blames the customer for their screw ups. I am taking legal actions and they have been reported. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

When adding my Shirokai kit, I needed to upgrade to the Hellcat front-end and bumper assembly. My online salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't quite know what I needed but he took the time to answer questions and make sure I got the right product. I was even offered a discount code that I wasn't aware of. Product was delivered a few days later with no issues. I have since recommended Vicrez to my other car friends looking to upgrade their cars

Vicrez Customer service Is insane so fast and reliable! I have the rock guards/ side skirts w/ winglets / diffuser and canards and love the quality!! Highly recommend if your looking to upgrade your vehicle!

I purchased the 370z Nismo front bumper for the 350z during a sale event. I went to install it a couple months later and the bumper shattered like Cheap ABS plastic. I sent them a picture and explained what happened but they were utterly useless. They advertise durable products and you get trash. They advertise polyurethane but you will get ABS plastic. They will respond to you fairly quick when you contact them, but won’t do anything helpful to assist in the situation. They will just keep apologizing such as Diana Garcia did for several exchanged messages.
