Oct 23,2021Despite a slight glitch at first with the transfer to DVD of a NTSC VHS tape, which may have caused a problem, since it was an American tape, the service I received was very courteous and every effort was made to rectify the problem. The DVDs arrived carefully wrapped and in just a few days, I am very pleased with them - they are perfect.

Oct 21,2021Simply excellent no fuss service. Had a couple of specific needs - had an email conversation and they could do what we needed. Secondly, asked them to hold returning the scanned USBs to us as we were on holiday and concerned they could not be posted through the letter box. Again, not a problem - the company held the items and just asked us to pay when we were back home. Would recommend.
