Nov 01,2021I had some old VHS video tapes which I wanted to transfer to DVD and digital. This was the first company that came up on Google. It looked like just what I wanted - They had simple step by step instructions and even helped sorting out the postage. They said they wouldn't ask for payment until they had converted the tapes. The whole process felt safe and secure and I trusted I would get my tapes back. And I did - Simple! And the quality of the copy was just as good as the original. I would definitely use them again.

Nov 02,2021Comprehensive service which seems expensive until you realise that return postage and cost of media is included. Print your post label, stick it to the packet and post it, avoids the queue at the Post Office! Time for processing & return was as stated. Returned items well packaged.
