Sep 08,2021I was surprised this 30 year old tape could leave such a good result. It had been used as a master for all the VHS tapes I sold in the middle 90-ties, hundreds of times. It was itself a copy of S-VHS originals (unfortunately thrown away when changing country). I looked at it in my S-VHS recorder the day before I sent it to you: no colour, constant jumping of pictures, highly disturbing disturbances, and an unenjoyable noice as sound. I expected the worst when I received your digitalisation. The first I saw was the colour, triumph, no jumping pictures, small disturbances at the bottom and to the right, which I quickly deleted with my editing program. Only the sound could not be saved, but I will put in a new sound. All in all, a great success and a big thank you for doing this so well.

Sep 06,2021This was my second purchase. Prompt service with results. Only downside this time was that one of the vhs tapes had been broken on the side holding the tape when the tapes were received. Fortunately, it still plays.

Sep 03,2021I found the whole process from placing the order, being able to track delivery and return and being able to see the order's progress to completion, to be excellent. I received the completed order back less than 10 days after putting it in the post which I consider superb. I was also very impressed with the quality of the transfer to DVD particularly considering that the videos sent were over 30 years old. I would most definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Sep 02,2021Having read peoples reviews about this company i decided with a little doubt and hesitancy to send my tape to them for conversion bearing in mind its nearly 40 years old and may not even work but as it was a BETAMAX tape I had no way of knowing, Well from start to finish which was less than 5 days they were brilliant free posting to them via there label either print yourself or they send to you after that its tracked all the way and they even let you know the moment they received it ,when it returned I signed for it covid rules and the care of wrapping it in bubble wrap was reassuring as the tape has a lot of sentimental value ,the result was they managed to gets some footage a bit faded but its the memories that counted . I 100% will use them again
