I posted off my Old Betamax tape and within eight day l received my original tape back and a USB memory stick back which played through my PC perfectly. I will not recover other lost memories via this vendor .

Aug 09,2021Really good, if a little expensive service on the whole, but definitely needs to explain how to download MP4 files better. Every time I tried to download a file on my android device, it downloaded it as an unplayable in any format, file. I had 6 files to download and each one was called "download.ashx" when they were downloaded. Took me having to Google what a .ashx file was and what to do. Turns out you just have to rename the file once downloaded to whatever you want, but change the .ashx, to .mp4. It then suddenly works fine! Update: After consideration and explanation of costs, I would like to change my opinion to the costing being reasonable.

Aug 07,2021Video2DVDtranfers made a great job of transferring an old rock band VHS tape on to mp4 and DVD. They keep you well informed about your order and any queries are dealt with very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend them. As DVDs are less popular it was great to get the video on mp4.

Aug 04,2021A truely exemplary and supremely organised service from the postage label for the source material, conversion to an accessible digital format to it's eventual return and the communication in between My only slight gripe is with the amount of packaging used for the cased DVD's return, a jiffy bag would've done honest ! ;)

The process was clearly explained on the website, communication was great so I knew exactly what was happening at every stage, all emails were prompt and we received our files within a couple of days of sending! Speedy and secure, I'd be happy to trust this company with my beloved memories on video again! Highly recommended.
