Mar 09,2021I looked at the reviews on here a lot as the nature of the films I sent was so precious as it was all our baby videos so I definitely wanted to check it was all good. I have had absolutely zero issues. I posted my videos using the label emailed. I was told when they arrived with them and then could track the number on their site. It takes a little while before you'll see anything so don't panic if nothing changes after they've received it as it obviously takes a while for them to get to it. It was all well within the time period they suggest though. I could then see when they were being processed and when completed a day or two later, I got an email with the payment info which I paid asap and was sent my links the next working day. Downloads all worked great and I received the original videos back a week or so later. Brilliant.

Mar 08,2021I could not download a royal mail free post label, rung the company and received a label the next day. I was kept informed of progress and the time frame was quicker than I expected. I would recommend this company and urge anyone who has obsolete vhs (or other media) to get them processed. Great service,very pleased.
