Feb 20,2021Very efficient service, once again. Thank you! My only slight criticism/suggestion would be that when playing back old VHS tape, you often need to adjust the tracking for the video to play well and without lots of crackly lines. The old tapes I have had transcribed (and I am utterly delighted to be able to watch them again, so thank you anyway) have apparently been copied straight to disk without anyone adjusting the tracking first, so that the fault is preserved too. It is good to have them back - but if you could correct the tracking on such old tapes before the transcribing process, it would be utterly brilliant. Any chance that this could be done?

Feb 18,2021I sent my videos up and when I didn't hear back I called and chased up and it turned out I hadn't actually wrote where the videos were from when I sent it off. Guy was very good about it and explained it happens a lot. From that point onwards I got my videos back within around 1.5 week, really good and reliable service! Thanks again.

Feb 17,2021Sent off my old VHS tape for transfer and within 2 weeks got the DVD and Tape back. Very well packaged and on playing DVD was very pleased with the copy. Exact copy of vision and sound. Will be using them again
