There's so much space and comfort, with the latest appliances and very cool themed rooms, This was a great place to stay for a family vacation with tons of space for everyone, and fun amenities like an arcade room and a covered pool to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay.

Aug 12,2022The place we stayed at has an alligator game and skiball. These games are too loud to play in a house with so many people. A few could be taking a nap and then it is interrupted by these games. Ther e was also a missing letter in the Scrabble board. It was a J. Other than that, there was nothing else to complain about.

Aug 12,2022Beautiful vacation home!! Entertainment is at the tip of a finger and all over the house something to do for all ages. We had a great time to cherish and we hope to stay again in the same exact property. The home was relevant in location to grocery/ convenient stores and eateries.

Aug 11,2022We stayed in a beautiful 11 bedroom house with a movie theatre, pool, jacuzzi, arcade games and other places things. There was a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen, and the arcade games weren’t turned on until the next day of our stay. However they did come and chlorinate the pool. I would stay here again.

Aug 11,2022Our stay was horrible right from the start! The pool was filthy and when I contacted management to have it cleaned they promptly replied with “sorry for the inconvenience. We will have someone over there tonight.” This is great except it was not true. I had to message every day and received the same response each time. We didn’t even have a net to clean it ourselves so I had to borrow one from the neighbors. After 3 days, the pool company showed up. The house we stayed in was dirty and needed updating. The carpet was supposed to be cream colored and was dark brown instead. There were only 11 forks in a house that fits 25+. The pots and pans were unsafe for use as the nonstick coating was scratched up and flaking off. The grill was filthy and didn’t work. The AC could not keep the house cool and there are no ceiling fans in the kitchen, dining room, living room to help keep it cool. The resort pool code changed mid stay but the management company didn’t let us know. The resort pool employees would not let us in since we had the code for July and not August (one day it worked, the next it didn’t). Overall, the management company is ruining this resort. A little bit of customer service goes a long way. We will not be returning to this resort! Oh, and you have to park 2 blocks away from your house because parking is limited. Beware, they will tow your car if parked in an unmarked spot.

Aug 11,2022The house was clean and beautiful! Great place to stay with a large family. Not as many games as we’re used to from the older villatel houses but still plenty of entertainment. Only 4 stars due to pool heat issues and problems with the tv in the main room.

Aug 10,2022This was the best vacation home we have stayed in. It had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family reunion. The communication and service was awesome. Hopefully next time bowling alley ready. So much to enjoy in the house you do not need to go anywhere else.

There was some issues with parking if you have more than five cars there was no additional spaces to park even though when you reserve it it says there's two additional spaces that is not accurate. The toilet was leaking from the upstairs bath into the kitchen and the pool kept not filtering. I didn't like that most of the resort amenities closed at 5pm. I do recommend that management company performs pest control on a regular. These were small minor issues the management company was very responsive and I definitely will rent again it was a family vacation and we all enjoyed.

Aug 07,2022The home was very clean..with lots of amenities. The only thing I would say is the grill was filthy with no propane and there was no broom or pool stick chalk. Over all awesome stay.
