Nov 06,2024Showroom.experience was very good and is a stunning place to visit. Delivery policy was disappointing. Despite only living 3 miles away because the postcode starts with BD not HX we were charged £70 and the suite was collected by courier taken to Leeds and then shipped back out again which took week! I'm sure the majority of HX postcodes are more than 3 miles away. A circular delivery area would be fairer. The courier noticed manufacturing damage which he photographed to report. We have heard nothing.

Nov 06,2024Super helpful, even ordering online it was lovely speaking to the team. I like that customers can contact them via Facebook Messenger/Instagram etc as I hate having to phone people! We originally bought two tweed wingback chairs two years ago, and they still look great. We’ve been debating what sofa would go in our unconventional room, so I’ve even sent photos of the room to Georgina for advice on what would go, while fitting in with the existing chairs. I think a visit to the shop (Mill) is in order, I think it would be worth the 4 hour drive to see everything on offer and to kit out our living room with all the accessories too 😊

We were able to visit the show room - see what colours and styles were available - close our options - two dogs additional cushions - delivery was timely efficient and a great experience - Thank you vintage sofas

Nov 04,2024The person who I initially contacted was extremely help full and answered all my questions. She sent photographs for me to see the sofa more clearly and helped with the order process. When the sofa arrived we were extremely pleased with it. It is really beautiful and very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this company.

Nov 02,2024We absolutely adore 😊 ur purchases made during our recent visit. We sent our friends on a 2 hour trip from Mansfield today & I’ve just had a call to say they thought it was amazing! They’ve come away with some fabulous takeouts, as we did. Feels great when you recommend somewhere & they are as blown away as we were. My parents are next! To live anywhere in the world wouldn’t be too far to visit this splendid place!!! ☺️ Please visit… It must be seen to be appreciated! 🤩

Staff are so helpful and informative. Love this place ❤️ and will definitely only buy from here if we need any furniture in the future

Arrived very quickly, fantastic quality at great price Will definitely use again. Keep up your great service which I will always applaud as so many companies fail miserably with this

Nov 01,2024visited their impressive showroom in the Halifax area and impressed with the range of suites & furnishings. Purchased a 3 piece suite through the 0% PayPal scheme. However on receipt things went down hill from there on! Within 3 days of use issues with the seat foam where apparent. We gave vintage sofa an opportunity to resolve the issue, which to be fair they were perfectly prepared to do. However over a period of 5 months 3 visits of their approved technician and 3 replacement sets of cushions, all of which failed to resolve what was a quality issue, we advised Vintage sofa that we wished to return the suite for a full refund under the consumer rights act. From this point on we received what can only be described as reticence and procrastination, a stance that, given the time scale a credit or an alternative, where our only option , in complete contradiction to the CRA. After countless emails, advice from citizens advise a strong stance in furtherance of our claim it was agreed to the refund. 3 months later we received the funds again after 4 weeks of chasing. As a supposedly quality retailer, this is not the way to address issues of poor quality and lengthy delays, especially when it’s accepted by them that the goods where not fit for purpose.

Oct 31,2024We ordered a Hartington 3 seater sofa in burnt orange. My husband was a little sceptical as it’s the first sofa we have brought without sitting on it or looking at the quality, but when it arrived I have to say we were really very happy. It looked amazing, the quality of the build and material were exceptional for the price. It is so comfortable and the cushions were beautifully firm. The only issue on our order was chasing up the delivery, which had to be done with delivery company. So happy with the sofa I have revisited and purchased a leather chair. Really looking forward to it complementing my sofa.

Nov 07,2024We were spoilt for choice online for a sofa from Vintage Sofa Company, having purchased a Haworth design before. However we decided at the last minute to change new sofa from a Hepworth to an Oskar....and we don't regret it one bit!! It arrived yesterday (05/11/24), and it fits perfectly with what we require. The delivery firm was professional and punctual...we couldn't have asked for more. Great quality items and well worth the money. More than likely we'll end up buying something else!!
