Dec 05,2024I have been looking for 'the right sofa' for around 2 years! Visiting showrooms and looking online. I finally purchased the Oskar 4 seater from Vintage Sofas. I am eagerly awaiting it's arrival, so this review isn't about the sofa, but the customer service. I'll post about sofa on arrival. I am so very grateful for the wonderful personal service I received from Natalie with swatches and additional information on sofa ranges, colours, materials, sent to me swiftly on my request, with a 'biccie and a brew' of yorkshire tea chucked in to enjoy during my perusal. Every question was answered in a timely manner by email. I never once felt I was given a hard or even a medium sell! I asked questions, Natalie answered them. I decided not to go to showroom as I knew I'd love EVERYTHING and therefore would find making my decision even harder. I'd love a visit, but also feel really confident that I've been supported to make the right decision in my stunning sofa! Fab service! Thank you, good customer service really does make a difference.

Nov 29,2024Absolutely first class. Honestly didn't know what to expect as I ordered online and I have to say, I was nervous because I hadn't seen the sofa set and it had to be made in the factory. It exceeded my expectations. It is stunning! Also very pleased that I could change the legs to suit the home and now it is just perfect! Thank you everyone.

Nov 28,2024Thank you George for making this a stress free experience. First time buying a sofa without trying first. George sent videos, so I could see colours, and we chatted through what I wanted re comfort. George also honoured prices I found elsewhere. Delivery was much quicker than the estimate and the delivery company held the sofas for one week whilst I finished decorating. The two people who delivered were knowledgeable and courteous (i.e. getting through the door(s) without incident and removing shoes); they even moved the sofas around as I changed my mind about positioning. I would not hesitate to recommend The Vintage Sofa Company.

Nov 23,2024I don’t know where to start Superb furniture ! Superb setting ! Superb staff ! Superb owners ! We travelled from north Devon to check them out well worth the journey! On arrival we received tea coffee homemade cake , it was like visiting a long lost relative. When we got home we ordered two beautiful Oskar settee’s which were promptly delivered and positioned in our home ( they are just so comfy and built to last a lifetime!) More recently we ordered a stunning rug and the service once again was flawless! We will definitely be popping in for a nosey next time we go to Yorkshire Thank you all once again !! If there were 10 stars available I would give 12 !

Nov 22,2024The communication was excellent so I knew exactly when the sofa was arriving. The delivery guys were amazing, carried everything in, unpacked, put the sofa where I wanted it and took all the rubbish with them! Superb service!

After purchasing some barstools, I fully believed Georgina's recommendation for an ex display corner leather couch and oh my goodness. It's absolutely amazing. So comfortable, makes our living room. Looking forward to going over to visit their showroom to pick up some extra bits and maybe another smaller couch. Can't recommend this company enough. A✨️
