Sep 25,2023The communication with Vintage Travel in relation to our recent holiday has been excellent, from the initial search on the website to our experience in S.W. France has been superb. We loved the gite we stayed in and the information supplied by Vintage Travel about the accommodation and the local area was very informative. The rep called us to check we had settled in 24 hours after our arrival and she was very helpful with giving advice whilst we were staying.

Sep 11,2023Vintage Travel have a good website, with photos actually representing the property and clear information about the area. Hacienda Los Olivos near Ronda was perfect for a large family group. Plenty of walking, swimming, the tennis court was fun to have! Everything was clean perhaps downstairs bedrooms better for children/teenagers. The area is great and Ronda and Lidl 10 minutes by car. Having a knowledable rep was a bonus.

Sep 09,2023We booked Villa Vryonis in Kefalonia for a weeks break. With regards to Vintage, they were very helpful throughout the process with great up front support through to having a great Rep on the island who visited the Villa on our second day to discuss the island and to ensure we had no problems. The Villa was in a great location with 2 tavernas and a small supermarket within easy walking distance for times we didn’t want to drive and then less than 10 minutes drive to Fiscardo for when we wanted more choice and to get a big shop. The panoramic views from the villa and over the pool were amazing and provided a perfect backdrop for the daily “sundowner”

Sep 07,2023We rented a great villa from Vintage Travel. Just outside Pollensa in Majorca. Booking was a breeze with excellent communication throughout booking and final confirmation details. Villa was perfect and exactly as described. And the local rep, Julie, was amazing. She came to check in on us and gave us some fantastic local advice and kept in touch to make sure everything was perfect. It was a prefect holiday and a great villa.

Sep 07,2023We stayed the the Villa Rosal, close to Oia, Galicia. Fantastic property in an outstanding location. Uninterrupted sea views from the large terrace, pool and living area with the most amazing sunsets. The village of Oia is an easy walk and we enjoyed some great seafood overlooking the sea. A Guarda and Baiona are both an easy drive. Games room is perfect for some family competitions with table football, table tennis and pool table. Owners where so welcoming and left a lovely welcome pack. Highly recommended and thank you for some great memories.

Georgina our rep was fantastic and very helpful and the information provided ahead of travelling and in the villa book was so useful. Thank you Vintage Travel - we'll be booking again!

Aug 30,2023From the start Vintage holidays have helpful, pleasant and efficient service. The villas are competitively priced and cheaper than some comparable companies. Good information on the website. An excellent "starter pack" of food etc is provided in the villas and Vintage also have a representative in all their areas. Ours proved very helpful, both with suggestions of where to go and to eat etc (also an very full information pack in the houseand also when we needed to contact a doctor.I would not hesitate to recommend Vintage Travel.

Aug 30,2023We have just come back from the most amazing holiday in Andalucia with Vintage Travel. Booking was straightforward and we received extensive information on the area and villa prior to arrival, including detailed directions. The villa itself was amazing - absolutely stunning views of the landscape, a beautiful well-maintained pool, and absolutely everything else we could need during our stay for a comfortable holiday. Even a gym and games room with table tennis! The comprehensive house book in the villa was so useful and gave advice on activities, restaurants, shopping, gifts, the history of the area and more. It was clear from the visitor book that this was a company and villa that received a lot of repeat custom and I can see why. In particular, I would like to praise the area's fantastic Vintage Travel representative; Georgina sent me a whatsapp on arrival and popped by to see us on our first morning to check we had everything we needed. She was so helpful many times, giving us the information for a garage when we got a flat tyre, booking a visit for us, checking whether a local restaurant was open on a Sunday - nothing was too much trouble. It was immensely reassuring, in such a rural property, to know there was someone there if we needed help. I would unreservedly recommend Vintage Travel.

Aug 26,2023We had a wonderful holiday near Martel In France. The house was even better than the on-line description and the house manager couldn't have been more helpful. The rep phoned to ensure everything was to our liking (it was) a day after our arrival and the house manager kept in touch reminding us of when the cleaner, pool man etc would be arriving. The office staff were very informative and responded to our queries (eg re bbq, ferry crossings) very quickly. We have used Vintage in the past and will certainly use them again in the future, a very reliable, trustworthy and efficient company. Top marks!

Aug 20,2023Happy to take your money and then do zero to resolve issues. Customer service number gives options for emergency or to leave a message out of hours, but when you try to, it loops back to play the same recorded message saying they aren’t open. A chocolate teapot would have been more use than Julie the pollensa in resort rep - total wet wipe. She seemed astonished and offended that we were angry - despite the fact she knew I’d spent the night in the car because the villa was uninhabitable! Despite also knowing our holiday and my son’s birthday were ruined by having to deal with her, Vintage Travel and/or the villa owner ripping us off and treating us like we should be grateful!

Aug 18,2023What a lovely company. Helpful, friendly, polite emails re booking from the British team (even the don’t forget to pay us emails 😂). Really lovely house, and true to its description / pictures on the website. The best info folder I’ve ever encountered. And the VT Crete rep, John, is essentially like having your own travel PA. Brilliant advice and tips, speedy responses to texts, v lovely. Would deffinitely use VT again.

Aug 16,2023On the website we found lots of choice for holiday accommodation, well explained with excellent photographs and good pricing. From initial booking through the year contact was received to keep us appraised. Prior to leaving the final information about the area and the villa were very helpful. The villa itself was outstanding and the site photographs and information were spot on. All in all a really positive experience and one we'd love to repeat.
