Apr 16,2025I wanted to purchase an item, however, after viewing the negative reviews and lack of response from the vendor, I’ve chosen not to risk it. Companies need to realize that they damage future sales by ignoring/mistreating existing customers. Looks like I saved myself money and time by reading the reviews before making a purchase.

Apr 02,2025I ordered a Ford t-shirt for my dad for his birthday, on my order note it said I wouldn’t be taxed. I was taxed, and the order never came. I have emailed them, and not received any contact or confirmation. Not very useful, and seems a scam. Please do not order from here

Mar 18,2025I ordered 3 game shirts for my Grandsons, it was the first professional football game they went to. I ordered in early January, never received any confirmation or anything. Luckily I paid with PayPal. I found my order and contacted Viralstyle. They did reach out to me that my order had been returned, that I will receive a full refund { which I did, Luckily} after reading all the other experiences. But I should not have had to reach out the them, these were gifts, they should have let me know that I would not receive it. NO reason was given.

Mar 16,2025Bought a Sonny Rollins sweatshirt for my husband because worked for Sonny for almost 20yrs. Package said delivered & tracking showed delivered . He never got it :( Called PayPal to dispute lost the dispute . Called the Credit Card Company and can't do anything because shows delivered . Called Sonny's Manager she was upset . Mar 13,2025C'est une arnaque. Un sweat avec un imprimé de mauvaise qualité, sur le site je croyais que c'était brodé (vu le prix !!) au final 48€ le sweat et au moment de la livraison, des frais de douane de 9€ en plus...57€ pour un sweat mal coupé, mal imprimé. A FUIR

Feb 21,2025I ordered a necklace back in November 2024 a little after Liam Payne's passing. I paid $25 and change for a necklace and never received it. I was just looking through my email to organize them and saw the confirmation email about it and realized I never received that necklace that I paid for. When I plug in the tracking number on their website it just says estimated shipping date 11/21/24...It's currently February 21 of 2025, I HIGHLY doubt it takes over 3 months to make and ship a little necklace out. I've never used this website, let alone heard of it, but will definitely never shop on it again.

Feb 11,2025My experience with viralstyle has been extremely disappointing. After investing a lot of time and effort in designing and selling my products while fully complying with their policies, I was shocked to find that all my campaigns were removed when I requested a payout, citing "copyright issues" or "quality concerns" without any prior warning or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Even worse, they failed to provide any clear evidence to support these claims, and their customer support is slow and unhelpful. It feels like nothing more than a tactic to withhold sellers' earnings rather than acting with transparency and fairness. If you're considering selling on this platform, I strongly advise you to think twice—you might end up working hard only to have your earnings taken away without a valid reason!

Jan 31,2025So I ordered that ltd edition Paul McCartney hoodie and then i read the revues and said Oh man i should have read the revues first. Anyway, I got it today. Took about 3 weeks. Other articles I've ordered have taken as long or longer and was really pleasantly surprised. Very good quality, a nice heavy fit, it fit well, the logo was perfect, so that's my story and I'm stickin' to it !

Jan 31,2025Purchased a shirt with a specific print. Shirt arrived. The print was 3 times the size as advertised. Return was pretty seamless. Customer Service, in email, said i would be given full return including price of shirt and shipping for return of product. They kept the $8 for shipping. Won't ever buy from this company again. Just a warning to customers that have to return a product.

Jan 29,2025Despite many of the reviews of Viralstyle have not been fantastic, but I had a smooth transaction and shipment of my Detroit Lions Snoopy Long-Sleeve. I was initially anticipating the package arriving on February 2nd, but it was delivered through the USPS FIVE days earlier than expected sealed tightly and in perfect condition. I know the team didn't make to the big game but I still plan on wearing it during Superbowl LIX. Go Lions! Thank you for the cool product Viralstyle!

Jan 07,2025I received my hoodie’s yesterday and I got exactly what I ordered! The only issue I had at first was they sent me a email with a tracking number that didn’t exist for DHL. I contacted them and it took a few days but they replied with a tracking number from USPS. I got my order right on time as expected. That was my honest experience with this company. I would order again. Thank you viralstyle!

Jan 07,2025I ordered a college sports t-shirt and they added a bunch of weird witchcraft stuff on the back. They did not advertise that there would be weird witchcraft on the back. I got a response from Jade who said the shirt is unreturnable because it's what I ordered. Stay clear of viralstyle out of Florida. False advertisement. Not costumer friendly. Bait and switch. False advertisement.
