Apr 03,2025i received a broken cover that I was credited $12 for and then the lights and heat pad didn't work. I was disheartened at this point but my dear wife has used the trays to start seeds but we did not get the full bang for the buck expected.

Apr 03,2025Great customer service , honors warranty without question. All my gear is VIVOSUN and I couldn’t be happier. Automated watering, video surveillance, vpd control, all done with my phone. I’ve been able to leave for vacation without worries for many days. Nothing but good things to say about VIVOSUN.
