Apr 01,2025I purchased a 4x8 tent. It was not shipped on time and I had to email them to remind you to ship it out, second issue is that the zipper on both small doors are horrible. I am considering returning the entire tent. Not happy

Messaged the vivosun FB page asking questions amd they was very helpful. Ordered my first tent amd fast forward 3 years later I'm harvesting 8oz per plant off the aerowing 400w which simply put the Best, Affordable, great quality light. Mar 31,2025Needed a humidifier pretty quick and was no problem for VIVOSUN. Humidifier works great have in my VIVOSUN tent. I actually have 3 lights and the control center thing. Once you calibrate all your humidity and temps set that’s it works awesome.

Mar 30,2025I’m an absolute Vivosun fanatic. I started with my first purchase a Vivosun Pro 3’x3’x72. Blown away with the craftsmanship. Then it snowballed into a E6 fan followed by an exhaust system with the grow hub E42 controller. Figured might as well get a Vivosun 300 watt board light while I’m at it. Had to have that AeroStream H09 humidifier. All in all they have what you need to actually “love what you grow”. Already looking for more!!!

Mar 30,2025Having an issue with led's going out on a 400w aerowing light i recently purchase. Contacted them about the issue with a video. They then asked if I could send them a video.. I sent an additional 2 to the original they apparently said they didnt get! After that, they wanted me to jump through hoops doing different sequences, and disconnecting lights. I told them no, and I want a replacement, theres clearly an issue. I haven't heard from them in 4 days... to be continued
