Apr 08,2025Havent used this but a few times when I first got it. Went to use the jewelers loop and they light isnt working. Put new batteries in even though they shouldnt be bad and it still doesnt work. Reached out to customer service and I got a generic email and since then nothing from Vivosun. Have a couple products from them and was thinking about adding more....with how customer service is handled I find it hard to purchase any more of their products

Apr 07,2025Basically it was a customer service lacking nexus. I had issues with a couple packages that were lost in shipping and they wanted me to play detective and research with their shippers and knock on doors to find lost packages showing as delivered. Very quick acknowledgment bots no human gets back to you. Then you google number and call direct and they get so confrontational and get you have to raise voice because phone rep talks over you. I spent a grand and expect better. I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me on a humidifier that is malfunctioning out of the box. I would not recommend mainly because they have no customer service and no recovery protocols. I referred family member to buy a home tent system and hope he does not get same treatment i get.

Apr 06,2025Great products the only thing that I see that they could improve is customer service. I have had to deal with them twice and both times their turn around time to resolve a issue takes days and that is because there is no phone number to call and and emails take days to answer and resolve

Apr 06,2025Inexpensive and effective. I actually use this to raise my sourdough, but it's the perfect temperature. When it's the right season, I'll also use it for sprouting, lol.

Apr 06,2025Geräte - Service - Versand alles eine glatte 1!!!2-3Tage nach Bestellung eingetroffen...jetzt die Erklärung warum ich dennoch nur 4 Sterne verteile: -Habe ein PH- Messgerät,1 AeroLab THB1S und ein 2-er Set LED Lupen bestellt alles ein Kaufvorgang dennoch 3 einzelne Pakete bekommen!!!1 am 2Tag 2 am 3 Tag... Hätte man nicht alles in ein Karton verschicken können???? Trotzdem kaufe ich wieder bei Euch ein!!!!
