Feb 25,2025Vivosun products are great and convenient but Hopefully you get something that has no problems.Because their customer services trash.It takes days sometimes weeks to get problem Looked at not even fixed for this reason.I would not buy from Vivosun This is not. Just my first experience.This is multiple experiences over the same product

Feb 24,2025for me id love to see the smart grow come down in price i can make the conversion cheaper than you sell it for you also have to compete internally as well. i want every one to grow there own so big gov cant put crap in my food and my recreation. and you grow hub should have some stuff for the more inexperienced person i see so many struggle with basics. utilize these influencers to inform people instead of push product. Put out digital book or something like that made from user knowledge. iwant every one to use your stuff its so easy and well made

Feb 24,2025I product seems to be good but the customer service was not. I have a problem with my Grow Hub, I contacted customer service via website. After a few minutes, they stopped communicating with me. Apparently they don’t have patience for us technically challenged people.
