Feb 22,2025I really like the equipment you make I have three tents full of it now. The customer service has been good and helpful in the past. But you guys kind of dropped the ball on me my last couple of orders. The first one got lost or some thing I had to cancel and get a refund. Then order it off Amazon instead which comes right away so that's nice but you can't use a discount and there's usually a bunch of tax added on to it. And then this last order I'm just trying to make went through fine and started the shipping process to me. Then I got an email saying the product is out of stock and I'm getting a refund and that was it no option for a different model or nothing. So I like the products just been a little frustrated with the shipping lately.

Feb 22,2025Can reduce stress on tent walls, seams and zippers by installing front pole backwards on door opening area. High CFM kit will be useful to mount the Lumaray side lighting bars that I might buy in the future. Vivosun has good products if you can afford the price!! I've been paying up for a while.

Feb 22,2025I have only had the humidifier for approximately two months and up to this point humidifier is working perfectly. I feel like you can't give a product a totally honest review until you have used it for at least close to a year

Feb 22,2025All is good but nothing special. Two bad items received, two bad items replaced. Waited two weeks for each to be finalized. Would have been better to just get good stuff from the start.

Feb 22,2025I have made 3 large orders from Vivosun this year alone, they're my go too for quality and reliability. Have fully automated 1.5x1.5m & 2x3m spaces. decked out with everything from collapsible res - humi - filters - fans - trays & trimmers. Top it all off with being able to control it from my phone and we're laughing. 👍

Feb 21,2025Trying to make an adjustment at checkout in deleting an items , and no option to do so except wait 6 hours for request to self delete. Not user friendly in this regard

Feb 21,2025This is my second one. No issues with the first one but the glue that holds the magnet to the part that clips onto the tent pole didn’t hold on this one. Camera fell. Thankfully it didn’t break. Used super glue to fix it. I like the visibility into the tents. The time lapse works very well. Very easy to set up. You can download it at any point. Pretty cool. Night vision works well also. What I don’t like is that even if I change the advanced settings so the VIVOSUN logo doesn’t display, it ALWAYS comes back on, maybe immediately after closing the app. This isn’t cool. Definitely worth the money but would be better without the logo always being in view.

Feb 22,2025H19 humidifier was purchased less than 1 yr ago directly from Vivosun. I have everything Vivosun but that all changed after dealing with your customer service team on the return of a faulty part on the humidifier.....faulty parts happen but to ship out the replacement part UPS GROUND instead of shipping it air, or st the very least, give me the option of paying extra for air shipment showed me Vivosun is a cheap ass company and I will be changing both my Tents over to ALL AC Infinity....they seems like a legit company so they get all my business moving forward.
