Our work
Our work is a key part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and the transition to a net zero society. Our role is to ensure that this transition to low-carbon living, with its rapid shift towards new, renewable technologies in people’s homes, includes everyone, especially those who need extra help and support to adapt to change.
I have been given very clear guidance, communication and help to understand the process. Very professional staff with helpful advice

Couldnt ask for more from Warmworks, I am now sitting cosy in a warm house with new heating system and radiators which only took a day to complete. Very friendly staff and always there to help.
Having been informed on 29th January that someone would be in touch within 2 weeks to arrange an assessment, we waited over seven months for the survey. The Surveyor appeared to be thorough, spending 2 hours at our house measuring rooms, taking photos and asking questions. He even had me taking down blinds so as he could hang out the windows to measure the thickness of my walls. At the conclusion he asked what we were hoping to get done and I suggested that loft insulation and a new back door,(as there was a 1/2 ins gap round the bottom), would be our priorities. The Surveyor took a picture of the gap and said that although he would include this in his recommendations we were only going to get infills for the gap. He advised that he would be recommending full loft insulation as it was what is termed "virgin "and we were losing 25% of our heat though the roof. He also advised that he would be recommending a full new central heating system and boiler, even although our boiler was less than 5 years old. A few weeks later we received an email listing the work that had been approved, central heating and loft insulation, and information about the 2 contractor who would make contact directly to arrange the work. When the contractor who was due to carry out the loft insulation and associated work arrived, and before he was even in the house, he was able to tell me that we couldn't have loft insulation because we don't have roof ventilation. When he entered the house, and from standing in the hallway, he observed that our back windows are aluminium and therefore could not be fitted with the trickle vents requested. Given that the contractor spotted these issues in minutes I am at a loss to know why the Surveyor didn't pick these up during his 2 hour inspection particularly not noticing the aluminium window frame he hung out of! I contacted warmworks and suggested that I could arrange to install roof ventilation so as the loft insulation could be undertaken but was told that "it doesn't work like that " and that they couldn't help. In conclusion, the only work that was actually carried out was the installation of a new central heating system, which required us to lift and replace the laminate flooring in two rooms and the panels from our bath. We have yet to tackle rectifying the wooden floor in our hall where boards are split, uneven and unsealed. Whilst the output from our new radiators is better I presume that we are still losing 25% of the heat through our roof and consequently believe that our energy efficiency has not improved.
Everything went great from start to finish
Great service, highly recommended
Took a while to get through get an appointment then had communication issues either first company provided but second company was quick and installed my heating system in a day and it’s great! Such a great scheme
The boys attended on time & were very polite & professional explained what they were doing throughout & got on with the work & cleaned up after themselves ,I couldn't fault them in any way Well Done to them all .
Like most people with trepidation that it won't turn out to be as good as what is stated. But we can truly say that we are elated with the professional approach from the 1st phone call to the last fuse being fitted. It was magnificent and would give more stars if they were available!

Good communication and professional service. All the contractors were respectful of property. The work was completed by the contractors on the dates and times that we were given. Inspection of the work carried out was undertaken within a week of the completion. Attention to detail was amazing.
The guys were reliable, efficient & tidied up behind them which we appreciated. They kept us informed at all times.
New Dimplex Heaters are a big improvement on old, Having an extra one upstairs & having had the front door repaired (now wind, water & snow proof) in October has also helped. Electric bill for October& November halved. All staff very helpful and competent .Big thank you. Only complaint was my health suffered (ME etc.,) as I was unwittingly overdoing it since I got date for work but cleaners have got things back to normal now. Thanks again. Faye.
The whole process was completed smoothly and efficiently by BRB Ltd. The BRB staff were great, all my communication with them was clear and everything carried out as planned.
Excellent service. All trades were exceptional
I was very pleased how everything went the work men were very pleasant and helpful in everything they did but drank all my cappuccino because they liked it ha ha very tidy and everything back in its place
This was supposed to be a NEW heating system! They tied into the old 30/40 year old pipes where they could, made a mess of patching up a hole in ceiling, They did not lay the carpets back down properly. The wrong sized radiator in the bedroom, it was tiny, a bathroom rad I think. They replaced some of the heating pipes but did not touch the hot water pipes that was not in their remit. They had to come back. On their return they had put lagging on the pipes so they did not freeze in the winter. Put in a bigger rad in the bedroom as it was freezing in there. Patch up the outer wall as they went through the roof. Lag just the heating pipes, they could not lag the hot water pipes it was not in their remit! All things a normal plumber would automatically do. it is better but no where near as good as it could be as we shall have to sort out the hot water system
The work was done to a very high standard. Delighted with the job. Everyone I had to deal with explained everything. I would most certainly recommend your company.
