Great product and service
Firstly the whole thing from start to finish seemed not to be a problem everything went very well and the fitters were very thoughtful of my dad who has Alzheimer’s and repeats questions al the time they worked round dad giving him safe areas I also took him outgoing a wee while Findlay Bruce and Callan were very empathetic Bruce’s papa has Alzheimer’s they worked well tidying as they went and even managed to put pipe work under flooring which wasn’t meant to happen but they were able to go under floor ! Nice work and dad is truly grateful as am I knowing he will be cosy this winter! To all the office staff in Selkirk and Cumbernauld many thanks for your patience waiting for social work to sort respite care(didn’t happen) and then setting out time 10am start for after dads carer had been in . You are a wonderful caring team Many many thanks Helen Begg William Horsburghs Daughter 14 Longstone Street Edinburgh EH14 2BR
The work was carried out well and seamlessly.
Work completed in a day and a great job done
Had a brilliant experience with all concerned from start to finish.
I am extremely disappointed with the installation of the condensation pipe outside my property. From start to finish, the experience has been frustrating, with poor communication and unprofessional work. The gas engineer and electrician both left without completing the job, leaving the pipework unfinished. Days later, someone returned to complete it without informing me, only to leave behind a real mess. They not only cut into my guttering but also damaged my property’s rendering. To cover where they cut through the rendering, they applied a patch of concrete that is a completely different color from the rest of my house, making it look mismatched and unsightly. Additionally, they wrapped the pipe in loosely applied black foam that’s held together by cable ties in three sections. It’s hideous, looks very insecure, and rattles in the wind. Whenever the foam gets wet, it drips onto the wall, potentially causing dampness on the brick. I brought up these issues, and a surveyor was eventually sent out. He agreed that the work was messy and told me someone would be sent back to fix it. However, I later received an email stating that the work was "completed to a high standard," which feels dismissive of the actual issues. When I asked about arranging an independent inspection, I was told this would be at my own expense. Overall, I'm extremely unhappy with how my property now looks and am genuinely worried about the potential for future damage. The entire experience has left me with significant concerns about the quality of the work and lack of care.
The workmen were very good the job was great
I have had to get in a plasterer to fix a hole above my back door because the apprentice who came put his hand through it it cost me £280
Easy process, from start to finish. Helpful, polite and professional people at every stage who went out of their way to keep us informed before and during work. After installation service brilliant too. Really can't recommend highly enough.
Well informed communication at all times, efficient service, a real person to discuss any queries.
